That’s football fans for you! A fickle bunch.maybe all those that said last week 'he's shit' could come on and say 'he's not shit. he's actually a very good shot stopper'. I wont hold my breath.
Because he isn’t the required level. We are supposed to be one the best sides in the world. Nothing against the lad, it’s not his fault but we’ve all seen this before, it happened to Liverpool in the 90s, United more recently. We are heading the same way with these signings. He didn’t do anything wrong. You then went onto criticise him and basically suggest he’s not the required level and is part of why the club don’t want to win
Today’s performance was excellent. So why be so negative about him
Not suggesting there's is one, there isn't. I've said this multiple times already now after just a few games, the issue with Traffords distrbution isn't even his actual kicking, its his decision making and speed of thought that cause the problems.Name me a keeper that’s as good as Ederson with the ball at his feet? I don’t think Trafford is poor with his feet either
I agree we need to change our style, but there’s no chance pep will do that. The whole defence and midfield is struggling with our current style
So your not judging him based on todays game or performance, just in general.Because he isn’t the required level. We are supposed to be one the best sides in the world. Nothing against the lad, it’s not his fault but we’ve all seen this before, it happened to Liverpool in the 90s, United more recently. We are heading the same way with these signings.
I’m judging the club more than him. He looks a decent shot-stopper and that will come in handy, because he will be facing a lot of shots in this current City side. However, he wouldn’t be number 1 at any other top side. He shouldn’t be number 1 here (yet). Again, not his fault but it does show the current state of the club.So your not judging him based on todays game or performance, just in general.
He’s a young keeper, with loads of potential. Clearly the club can see that. No need to write him off already. Presume your thought the same about Ederson (wasn’t proven or world class) when he first joined and made a mistake?
