Welcome Donnarumma!

does comparing % saves made work when you are comparing across tactical systems?

surely the theory of our style (theory, i stress) is less shots conceded with a higher chance of scoring them, compared to a system that might sit tighter and allow riskier shots from range & tight angles.

A trivial point, but in Donnaruma's interviews he seems to be referring to Pep simply as 'Guardiola' .

I'm sure that this will change, but I like it - suggests that he's his own man, which I think is more important for a keeper than outfield players. I don't mind a touch of arrogance when a player can back it up.

I think he'll be a great signing. He brings an absolute winners mentality that will permeate through the rest of the squad.

His performances against Arsenal were off the scale good and he's still a few years old his prime.

Some concerns with his kicking but to be honest I want my goalkeeper to make top saves and there's nobody better IMO.

What's happening with Ortega? 3rd choice?

The bad press we will get if we start putting Ortega on the bench instead of Trafford.....

If he saves the first shot against him against the rags, I will be delighted -:)

Just the first shot, please.
