Season Tickets - 2025/26 | Changes to ticket transfer this season (p101)

Sadly that's correct. It's the whole point of it, that you are guaranteed your seat for every home champions league game. I'm not sure why you can't put them on the ticket exchange if you can't attend.
I didn’t think there was a ticket exchange for cup games?

Has anybody heard from City with regards to accessing the stadium with a non - NFC phone for the United game?
I was promised that they would either issue a new seasoncard with QR or barcodes on the digital tickets,or possibly a new plastic card.
The Derby game is approaching at a rate of knots, and I've not heard a peep for this game.
There's going to be some huge queues outside The Etihad next Sunday afternoon.
Another complete shitshow from MCFC once again!!

Are they cheaper seats too? If so, get on to Danny Wilson as this unacceptable. I understand they have to move people because of UEFA demands but they should keep you together & move you to comparable seats
Nope same price, well I assume so won't know till they take the money on Monday

How many phones can you have your season ticket on at any one time?
The number of downloads per season is limited to two so that should be the limit of phones, although if you ask for (and get) additional downloads then I guess you might end up with more?

Get onto them and be adamant you want a plastic season card, i did two years ago and got one, that season and this, you might have to go to the stadium with your mobile though.

The club's rationale is that they don't want people signing up for cup schemes then only actually using their ticket for big games, such as semi-finals or finals.

I don't think that's a totally unreasonable position to be honest.

No but plenty still will, especially the lesser games and night cup ones ( I know the champions league are all night games ) which can be problematic for people to get home from. It's a catch 22 for the club and fans. If they make it a mandatory personal attendance, like the ten game rule for premier league games many will just leave the schemes. If they don't many will be happy to take the hit on cost for the chance of attending a final if we get there, so empty seats are always going to happen like it or not.

It’s been many years since you needed to be on the Cup schemes to get tickets for domestic semifinals or finals

Yes but you get first choice if you are on the cup schemes. Otherwise you take the chance that the seats you wanted to get are still available.

My friend and i have decided this is our last season, due to age worsening health, but mainly Northern and Trans Penine trains.
Reading this thread has convinced me I'm doing the right thing and that the club I've had a ST for since 1971 is not even the same as one ten years ago.
I'm only disappointed in giving them exactly what they want, 2 foc season tickets they can sell on a tout site for $200 (sic).
This club is in serious danger of imploding, neglect the real fans at your peril. There's no one flying in from Abu Dhabi for WBA at home on a Tuesday night.

Just has an email from City regarding non - NFC phones and they are now saying that there will be specific ticketing stewards ( grey bibs) and they are asking us with non - NFC phones to approach these stewards, give them your supporter number and they will generate a barcode and then scan you through the turnstiles.
Make of it what you will, as they couldn't help me for the Spurs match, and just let me past them and into the ground, mentioning that my attendance would not be registered.
( My entrance is at X/Y so the new turnstiles are not open yet, it's still being done by a steward with a hand held scanner ).

Especially, when there are thousands of points holders who go to every home game and haven’t moved up the points ladder for aways in the last five years. Plenty have gone backwards.

There were loads there against Spurs but when I approached them about my phone not working, they told me they had a barcode to let people in.....but that wasn't working either! I was told to go to the customer service office. I answered no way, went back to the turnstile and fucked about until eventually it worked, no idea how. The ghosts of Swales and Halford lives on!

They asked me to go to the ticket office, but I knew there would be huge queues there, so I just said I would rather go back home . To be fair to the young steward, he just told me to go in but my attendance might not be registered.
