Or it implies we have been treated differently previously. It is also understood that barriers to the Etihad deal have now been removed and that City are confident that they will not be treated differently to any other top-flight club going forward.
I take it weve been compensated for potential loss of earnings ?
Exactly my thoughts. Are we supposed to believe this and the Levy news last week has no link to 115?
Levy leaving could be completely unrelated in fairness I just think it might be too much of a coincidence.
More importantly, have Everton been informed?
Cant wait for all the other sponsorship opportunities once all the building works completedI think it’s the amended APT rules that we are now accepting - not sure though !!
Also, we can now proceed with a huge sponsorship deal with Etihad using its true value

No idea, but my initial thought was if the PL have accepted Etihad and the club will be treated as anyone else then they must have or been told evidence , presumably from the 115, that says they aren’t associated, suggesting those charges relating to Ethad have been cleared. Just my guess .We won’t know if this is a ‘win’ for us - or the extent to which we’ve won - until the outcome of the 115 is known.
Did we have to give ground on one matter (i.e. the legality of the APT framework) in order to secure better terms on the outcome of the other? Have we got everything we want on the 115, and therefore need to reset our relations with the Premier League? Or did we agree to a deal on APT in order to hasten the resolution of the other charges?
We won’t know until it’s all out in the open.
Can someone please post an Archive link to The Times piece?
100% this.Ostensibly this is completely separate from the 115 case, but I can't imagine we'd have agreed to drop it if we felt we were about to get fucked over on the 115.
Ladyman will be talking to Liverpool to put their spin on it as we type. Can someone please post an Archive link to The Times piece?
I don't think you should look for 115 and MCFC in every football event.Liverpool’s abnormal transfer window this summer looks like it’s a preemptive strike on what they know is coming with the deals which were stopped now being allowed. Hopefully this is all backdated from Summer 2023.
