Behind then smokescreen of 'needing a name for everyone in each seat' is actually just maximising income from irregular visitors such as yourself.

City see season ticket holders passing on tickets to F&F as lost income in their eyes.

Yeah, bollocks. As I say, I can't moan too much when loyal fans who do or used to follow the club every week are now struggling to afford to, but for families who make it down occasionally and have done for years it's definitely a rip off as well.
 
Add to F&F and transfer the usual way. They will need to have a paid membership though or it won’t let you transfer.
My season ticket pal just tried to transfer his Derby ticket but he tells me that he can’t transfer to me, I’m on his friends & family and had no problems in recent seasons.
Do I have to obtain a paid membership this season?
Match day membership @ £35?

Yes you will need to pay for matchday membership at £35 or basic membership at £25 to enable him to transfer the ticket to you.

I’ve been a fan for over 65 years and ‘lost’ my season ticket a few seasons ago when I was abroad for 8 months and missed the ‘renewal’ date by a few days.
Not sure if I’ll bother with membership…….have become disillusioned with the game and have lost my enthusiasm

I got a email yesterday which said this:

fans without Near Field Communication (NFC) capability on their mobile phones.



Thank you for your patience. We can confirm that the match against Tottenham Hotspur will count towards one of your 10-match attendance requirements for the 2025/26 season.


Does that mean that anyone that didn’t attend Spuds gets it counted towards the 10 match attendance rule or just those without NFC phones? If it’s the latter, how in hell do they know?

This is not a eureka moment

Everyone knows this but why have ‘windows’ to add people, why make it that if not added during a specific time you can only send to those with a membership?

It’s also not that simple to everyone, fucking hell if it was why were thousands stuck outside the ground v Spuds?

The club cannot even sort that themselves.
 
I can't even download my women's seasoncard. It says:

"...maximum allowed download count has been reached..."



I've downloaded the men's seasoncard twice. My wife's and my own women's card zero times. Typical City. Barrier, barriers, and more hurdles.

the supporters twitter did say that if you were facing this error try it again. I am assuming they had an issue their end.
 
I've just been transferred a ticket from an ST holder, it shows in my account on the website but not in my membership wallet pass. It won't leat me add it to my mobile pass, that option is greyed out. Any ideas please?

call Customer Services 0161 444 1894 could be a long wait

H, I had to call CS with the same issue. They told me that you have 2x available in order toload it to your phone I had only done it once but they reset it it. What else can they do? Therefore why restrict? Customer Services 0161 444 1894. Good Luck

I transferred my ticket to my son, I want him to start going to matches and I cant just give him the shit games that I dont want to see.

Then looked last night and there were a few available. I bought one, and the app said I couldn't as I already had a ticket allocated to me. That's OK, I'll buy one in my sons name, hes a matchday member. No go on that, he already has a ticket allocated. OK, I'll put it in my daughters name, she's also a matchday member. No go there either.

So I gave up, anyone know if the game will be on at any of the pubs near the ground?

Yeah, I heard that after. Problem is I don't do Twitter or X. Perhaps the Cityzens feed could be useful. Resolved anyway.

Just the unchanged bank details that were changed to fix now! City have a blend of my old and new bank and it makes no sense
 
I'm away for the Everton home match. When will I be able to transfer my (season ticket) seat to a member ? At the moment my only option is to put my seat on the exchange.....
