New ST rules & ticket transfers

Leeds at home I want two tickets, for example if someone buys them and transfers them to me? Do I need 2 accounts for it to work or can they both be sent to me ?

If I transfered my ST to a member could someone transfer another ST to me because I'd have zero tickets at that point?
Be useful to know if this has been attempted.

You cannot transfer to another ST holder full stop (even if you have transferred your own ticket). You can only transfer to a paid membership (or 1 of your 3 nominations).

Yep,

So Q jumping IMO.

We read it here all the time, fans who are just getting into going and have low points, can't get a S/T, but struggle to get regular or good tickets.

Whereas a S/T is passed to a once a yearer for a big game and the proper fan can't get in.
To be fair it’s never really the midweek nights v shit opposition when no fucker wants to go. My lads ae paramedics so shifts make it difficult . We give it to anybody who can go . Not really q jumping as 1000s of empty seats midweek . No chance of selling back to club as no one wants them . In our case those seats are now gonna be empty. The people we take often buy stuff so even more money lost to city. I love watching city but that is as far as it goes for me. I hate the razzmatazz and for me the soul of the club has gone.

Problem giving your match ticket to a friend? Simple way to get around the new system.

Get another email address

Open a new free city account in another name (for ease I used the Mrs) here:-

Add your new account to your Family& Friends

In October you will be able to add/change the 3 non matchday members in your Family& Friends. Add your free account

When you transfer your ticket to this account City send it via the email address and will give you a link that will let anyone add it to their wallet.

Forward this email for easy use

And NO, to stop the whispers, their is no intention from City to have facial recognition

IT'S THAT SIMPLE
Why would you buy a system with facial recognition if you weren’t considering using at some point.

Ive tried to transfer my ticket for the Liverpool game because I know im on holiday on that date. After being on hold for 25 minutes the lovely lady (not) has informed me you can only transfer tickets the week before the game. Have they just brought this in cos I swear I could do it anytime last year

Ticket transfer for Everton, Bournemouth, Liverpool and Leeds available from Friday 10th October.

This possibly explains why I've been struggling to transfer my Everton ticket.

Seems daft that I can only transfer it a week or so before the match. Is this something new ???
Always been 1-3 weeks prior to the game IIRC (appreciate that’s a wide bandwidth!)

Hi I am a flexi ST holder with UCL cup scheme. I've got 2 queries:
1) they said the maximum time for using ticket transfer is 3 times. not sure if only counting PL in or any other games transferred successfully

2) I knew the 10-game policy but not sure that is for personally attended or transferred included or simply buying 10 matches. Does that mean if I bought 10 PL games I can definitely have the flexi ST next year.

Not sure if this has been mentioned, but I know a lot on here have talked about having a phone just for the ticket.

Liverpool had a big crackdown recently, and gave out 1000 lifetime bans, but this quote from the Athletic article might frighten a few...

"Almost 500 people were denied access to Anfield when trying to gain access to the stadium with a burner phone, which is often described as an inexpensive, prepaid, and disposable mobile phone used for temporary or anonymous communication."

Does anyone know what happens if you’re asked to collect your tickets with ID but you can’t make the game at the last minute?

Strange one for me for Everton - the transfer box is blue for my ticket, but greyed out for my Junior on his flexi. This is the first game he hasn't been able to attend and he has 3 transfers according to the new rules. I've messaged supporter services, hopefully they can resolve it.

Think flexi is 7 days before the game so should be available later today.

Supporter services said it has to be less than 7 days before the game so try again Monday

Edit - it didn't work on Monday, contacted them again and they resolved it.
