Falling out over half and half, Bruno Rat taking a corner, phone camera plastic obsessives?
It’ll be a typical Derby Day for the fans. A few nerves tonight, a load of bravado tomorrow morning. Then nerves, then bravado, all the way up until the gates open and then the beer will kick in as we get in the ground with lots of singing and intimidation, only for it to die down if we come under sustained pressure. Then some anger, some more singing as we get amongst it, and absolute elation if we go ahead. Then, back to nerves as the game goes further, and so on until the final whistle where a load of Blues couldn’t handle the tense atmosphere and fucked off to either get back home or headed back to the pub.Manchester City on Derby day is a reminder of our past and of staying loyal through the very darkest of times. You are repeatedly trying repeatedly to demean us.
Maybe they are not all City fans but they are all professional and it is just as much for pride in their job as well as being City fans. They want to win to prove they are good at their job.I disagree…it’s starts with the FANS,we want them to win DESPERATELY……most of the players aren’t City fans, naive to think they are….we need to become the TWELFTH man….I’d like to think we are ALL CTWD
If the atmosphere is shit for a derby its not the tourists fault, its the thousands of city fans sat there not singing !!What's shit about it? Where is sit always full of tourist just videoing the game on their phones, so not sure what your problem is
im sitting in the north stand for this game but genuinely thinking of sneaking into the south stand for this one… genuinely dont wanna be sat next to card board cutouts not singing and chanting, im coming all the way from holland want to soak up every bit of atmosphere and dont think I’ll be getting it in the north standI wished thy’ed put an electric shock on the seats in the North stand if your Quiet for more than 5 mins you get a shock
I blame it on the older fans shutting down newer fans who want to generate an atmosphere via means like Crystal Palace. If the atmosphere is shit for a derby its not the tourists fault, its the thousands of city fans sat there not singing !!
And the South Stand as well, the number of times I have been cheering and yelling and singing and shouting toward the South Stand. They tell us they are the noisy stand well a lot of the time they are not. It's as if they are a bit scared of shouting when we aren't playing well. As if they think they might jinx them.I wished thy’ed put an electric shock on the seats in the North stand if your Quiet for more than 5 mins you get a shock
It's usually the older fans who are doing the shouting around where I am sitting. The younger ones haven't had the training!!!!I blame it on the older fans shutting down newer fans who want to generate an atmosphere via means like Crystal Palace.
Really ?I blame it on the older fans shutting down newer fans who want to generate an atmosphere via means like Crystal Palace.
My 2 lads aren't as interested anymore if we only get North stand tickets, tourists with phones, away fans, school tours, silent blues. We're in SS3 tomorrow, up the back. Always great up there.im sitting in the north stand for this game but genuinely thinking of sneaking into the south stand for this one… genuinely dont wanna be sat next to card board cutouts not singing and chanting, im coming all the way from holland want to soak up every bit of atmosphere and dont think I’ll be getting it in the north stand
Sneaking into the South stand might prove a bit difficult. Are you on the lower tier?im sitting in the north stand for this game but genuinely thinking of sneaking into the south stand for this one… genuinely dont wanna be sat next to card board cutouts not singing and chanting, im coming all the way from holland want to soak up every bit of atmosphere and dont think I’ll be getting it in the north stand

NO, NO, NO, shout and scream and sing and yell to give them encouragement when they aren't playing well. JMHO :-)
depends what happens on the pitchSouth stand/colin bell corner level 2 any good for atmosphere? Surely everyone is up for it tomorrow
