Season Tickets - 2025/26 | Changes to ticket transfer this season (p101)

I've had a Matchday or Citizens account for years, i've never been an ST holder.

However this year something has happened and i can't seem to buy Napoli tickets - was there some date when the new Matchday membership had to be purchased? i got mine in early August
It looks like you need to have at least 1 previous home game on the account too. The cut off date was 25th August.
 
Sorry if this has already been clarified. But does anyone know for sure if you can have the same season ticket on two phones at the same time? My daughter has a season ticket, but occasionally lest her boyfriend use it. Rather than transfer it to him for the occasional game, could they both have the same season ticket on their respective phones at the same time?

I want to buy 3 additional tickets for the Napoli game for a friend who is on my friend and family list but it wont allow me to assign them. Will I be able to scan them in on the night instead? so confused how it works now.

The tickets will come via email so you can simply forward them on.

Yes you can. I have mine and my daughters on my phone and she has hers on her own phone as well. She's a pain for letting her battery run flat and for a game last season went through the turnstile with her battery on 2% which was a bit dicey! Have it on mine as well just to be safe.
 
Hi question for them who know.

I'm away for the Burnley game gonna give my son in law my watch to get in, ticket in my wallet on there NFC turned on, does it work to get in if the watch is no where near my phone (I'll be in Greece) never used my watch before so no idea if it works.

Anyone else in cup scheme and been able to transfer ticket to someone else but then recipient unable to download from their account - button greyed out? Could be that it only works on day of game but be nice if city communicated that!
 
If you’re getting a message saying “no tickets available” try refreshing or scroll down and click on “ok”. When I did this planner then becomes visible to choose seats.
thanks for the reply, it doesn't let me in. Im going to have to keep trying to get hold of someone to see if they'll sort it.
 
Probably been asked before but can't seem to find an answer, if a game doesn't sell out at home, can you buy additional tickets against your ST? Mate wants to come Burnley at home but isnt a member and was hoping could buy an extra on my ST and it will work on my phone?

I was ghe receiver of a ticket and it was sent to my email. Never went into my city account to get the ticket
 
I'm on the cup scheme and they haven't taken the money for Napoli yet. I can't make it anyway but wtf?
Have you had any communication from City saying there was an issue with taking payment? That’s happened to me in the past (through no fault of my own) and I fixed it by reloading my payment card details on a different browser.
If you haven’t heard anything then it sounds like the ticketing software doesn’t think you’re in the scheme to begin with. I’d give them a call next week to get it fixed before a game that you do intend to be at.
 
I’m sure our friends at Viaggo and other ticket agent scammers will pass on the names of the people they have fleeced 0-)

Spoke to a lady from the club today on the phone. She told me that whilst you can have a season ticket on 2 phones, the other person won’t be able to use it as it’s not in their name.
She said, for safety and security reasons we need to know who is in the stadium in case of an emergency, if there was an emergency and it’s not ‘you in the stadium’ but your card is used by someone else, they would be looking for you.
I said why have the rule of 2 phones the? She said it was because of carers and different parents going with children (which to me is the same thing as their name wouldn’t be on the ticket)! Correct me if I’m wrong but only one name is associated with one season ticket!?

As for flexi golds, she told me for a game to count towards the 10 to renew or the magic 16 to be able to upgrade to gold, you only have to purchase the game, the phones doesn’t have to scan in… this is interesting news as I thought it had to be scanned in. She said theoretically, you could buy 10 and not turn up to any as long as they were purchased!
Can't see how this would be correct. You HAVE to attend 10 matches for season ticket so this must be the same. Otherwise the 10 match rule is redundant as you just need to buy 16 tickets? 16 tickets MUST be used (so you can not attend or sell 3 matches) as well as using your ticket yourself 10 times (or a burner)
 
Has anyone used the same phone for 2 season tickets? I want to add 2 to the same burner to a trusted friend to use for himself and another to a game we can't attend but not sure you can scan 2 tickets on the same phone (so it counts towards our 10 req.).

No had nothing from them at all, then I checked my account today, all signed up for the cup schemes but for some reason my bank details had disappeared from the system.

Thanks that's the case if you don't have a paid membership but paid members don't get an email. Worked out alright in the end as it eventually appeared in his wallet yesterday
