Season Tickets - 2025/26 | Changes to ticket transfer this season (p101)

Thanks that's the case if you don't have a paid membership but paid members don't get an email. Worked out alright in the end as it eventually appeared in his wallet yesterday

Just transferred my ST for Burnley to a mate as I can no longer go due to childcare and I've been charged the difference between my Flexi Gold price and the matchday price for that seat, despite the club saying there wouldn't be any extra charge for transferring to the same age bracket. Is this normal?

Did you use / select your bank card or Apple Pay etc. price differences are shown for information. Have they taken your money?
 
I'm on the cup scheme and they haven't taken the money for Napoli yet. I can't make it anyway but wtf?
My lad discovered (walking uo to the stadium) that his ticket had not been enabled last night, we went to the portacabin and he hadn't been auto renewed, and therefore hadn't been charged either. They let him buy one nearby where we sit, and have now made it so his cup ticket has renewed, did you check that ?

I am now waiting on the phone to speak to someone “nobody is available to take your call”, “45 minutes wait time” and “press 1 to request a callback” followed by “callback is not available at this time”

This really is spectacularly shoddy customer service.
 
Sorry I am sure its already been posted but cant find it anywhere. Does anyone know when the October non paid member window will open. Got a mate who wants my Everton ticket but at the moment cant transfer until the next window opens

Don't expect a reply I sent three emails 3rd,4th & 6th September zero reply to any of them.

I was told that City have taken lots of staff off the usual ticketing enquiries to work on promoting sales packages for the new hotel/North Stand expansion which certainly wouldn't surprise me.

They are running a recruitment campaign amongst current match day staff to try and get extra numbers on board to assist fan enquiries as I think there finally realising what a shit show their 'customer service' has become.
 
Slightly related, I was stood with an 81 Year City fan outside Arsenal Ticket Office at 1:30pm on Sunday

He'd travelled down from Cheadle, but due to an issue with downloading his ticket (he'd had no problem with previous games) he'd been told by the City Ticket Office that they could only provide a printed ticket on the day of the match.

The Arsenal representative was polite and informative as she explained that the City Staff were due at 2pm

All fine and dandy except they didn't arrive until 2:30pm and with no apology offered, the City Reps seemed more engaged in a bit of banter with Arnie from Bredbury who was also experiencing a ticket problem

We then suffered an extra 30 minute farce as apparently the City Staff couldn't work the printer

One of them actually responded "Don't bother coming then" after one of Arnie's comments, which presumably was a joke, but hardly professional as the rest of us could hear it.

So do I have much confidence in my Monaco ticket arriving before the game?

Its bollocks mate. I can't go on Saturday and id normally transfer it to the lad i go with and he'd take his wife, son or mate. Now i just have to list it for resale and i guess the club have exactly what they want.

If you tweet Fan Support on X the issue is usually resolved the same day.
