PL charge City for alleged breaches of financial rules

So far Stefan has neither confirmed or denied they are a he/she. I will stand with Stefan and their right to identify as they see fit. Stefan - you be you.

If only you could.
Bringing into doubt the KC's professionalism about merely intimating the stage of the process.

The stage of a process isn't confidential information. Unless it's a S I.
Still bothering you is it. As a principle he shouldn’t have replied. End of.

Move on - I have

you’re certainly doing a lot of research :-)

I think as a matter of principle a KC should not discuss a huge case with a member of the public.
You’re ok with that so let’s leave it at that and discuss reggae

A poor article imho. Get to the end and ask yourself ‘what has he said’?
My answer would be ‘nothing very logical’.
There was so much more left out that article than he put in. I particularly like the way that the huge problem of the APT case for the PL just melted away when City, having the PL on the ropes, just rolled over and said, "Whatever!"

I have been wondering about the Lewis and Levy "resignations". I assume, as many on here, that these were part of the settlement. If so, Masters decapitation must surely be part of the same deal but will have been agreed on to take place after the 115 outcome. Either, "After the successful outcome of the case, I have felt that my work here is complete..." or more likely, "Following the disappointing ruling, Richard and the PL board have mutually agreed that he can now move on from his role...".

I doubt either the Lewis or Levy departures were directly related to our case, and certainly not part of any settlement as you put it. I agree that Masters' position becomes untenable though in the event of us being largely cleared.

He'll spin it as him wholly investigating alleged corruption and thankfully confirming the integrity of the league. I'd like to think he'll go but seems an easy thing to worm out of
