I’m just saying it’s a possibility, though unlikely.
Yea mate. I'm just saying I don't see it ;).
All good.

Fair enoughYea mate. I'm just saying I don't see it ;).
All good.
Unlikely but probably more plausible than the panel being really slow at typing “not proven” 130 times :-)Yea mate. I'm just saying I don't see it ;).

Are people still having the “email from Pannick”?
Lol.
It won’t be out if they are completing the process. Maybe it’s impossible but I’m not sure why the parties would insist on many more months or years of litigation if it can resolved / accepted in one go.
Countdown is progressing.....uno.....dos....tres...
Well with the Rags having turned a corner or was it won a corner the media are so distracted now with their title push not to mention the anticipation around the FAC 3rnd draw in the New Year and the campaign to get SlabHead nominated for the Baffoon Dior it is feasible the the announcement may well have happened last week and in the aftermath of El Plastico we all missed itRight, dont shoot the messenger, I'm only passing on what I heard from someone at the club.
He told me that the announcement was definitely not made last week.
Not saying it’s a hoax mate.Well I don’t have the original email, but Stefan does, he’s looked at the meta data and believes it’s real. Unless there’s anything to suggest otherwise, then that’s the best evidence available as to whether it’s genuine/hoax.
PL certainly threw the kitchen sink at City. Looks like emotion was driving them at the time. Certainly an indicative timescale once they'd had the primary deliberations after the hearing. Maybe it's more complex than we realise, but silence is not golden. It's been a PR disaster for all concerned. It does seem odd that no broad timescales were agreed in advance by the parties and that nothing has been communicated to the huge number of stakeholders involved including us fans. The PL commissoned this panel and has to pay them. There must have been some discussions about timescales and potential costs so they could budget properly. Or is this just another example of total incompetence by the PL?
Not saying it’s a hoax mate.
I’m saying we can’t take it seriously as there’s no universe in which a KC is going to reveal anything at all about this case to a random member of the public, by email.
Of course he’s going to say there’s been no decision yet. It’s the only way he can answer without revealing anything.
If they used a computer instead of a typewriter, they could use COPY and PASTE to save a few days / weeks / months.Unlikely but probably more plausible than the panel being really slow at typing “not proven” 130 times :-)
And that emotion was fear, the sense of dread they felt when they realised how successful we had become. We were champions of England at all age groups, we were nailed on favourites to win the UCL (and did), only the dips looked remotely like stopping us from another PL title (and they didnt) and with Messi and Ronaldo on the wane we had signed the next global superstar for just £51m. Commercially, we had achieved club record revenues and profits. The PL absolutely shit their collective panties big time. And in full pre IFR panic mode Masters crumbled under pressure from that devious litte shit Levy and pressed the 115 go button.PL certainly threw the kitchen sink at City. Looks like emotion was driving them at the time. Certainly an indicative timescale once they'd had the primary deliberations after the hearing. Yeah, anything is possible, and I’m no expert. It just seems far less plausible that they’re now going through sanction hearings / appeals as opposed to the result just not being out.
The email from Pannick says they are still waiting for the result. Don’t think there’s any guesswork required - the result just isn’t out yet.
Pity we didn’t stick to using a type writer or even better a quill and well of Quink :)If they used a computer instead of a typewriter, they could use COPY and PASTE to save a few days / weeks / months.
Didn't quite use a quill but did use a wooden pen with a nib, well of ink, and blotting paper during my primary schooldays.Pity we didn’t stick to using a type writer or even better a quill and well of Quink :)
