PL charge City for alleged breaches of financial rules

Pannick was under zero obligation/expectation to respond so if he didn’t want to reveal anything there was an even easier way of doing it…

If the email is genuine it would be utterly bizarre (as if the situation isn’t bizarre enough) that Pannick decided to respond and not tell the truth - that they’re still waiting for the result.

I don’t have Pannick down as a wum, but maybe they’re all sat in the chambers having a good laugh at this thread!!
I’d say that’s

Lawyers are masters of deflection and manipulation.

And that emotion was fear, the sense of dread they felt when they realised how successful we had become. We were champions of England at all age groups, we were nailed on favourites to win the UCL (and did), only the dips looked remotely like stopping us from another PL title (and they didnt) and with Messi and Ronaldo on the wane we had signed the next global superstar for just £51m. Commercially, we had achieved club record revenues and profits. The PL absolutely shit their collective panties big time. And in full pre IFR panic mode Masters crumbled under pressure from that devious litte shit Levy and pressed the 115 go button.
That's the truth

A few stories knocking about (MuEN being one) saying it’ll be released next international break. Obviously just guesswork. Someone has decided that Everton’s hearing took 5 weeks with a 20 week deliberation and have applied a 4:1 ratio so with our hearing taking 12 weeks they are deducing 48 weeks.

Of course the Everton case was much simpler plus the PL have clearly been frustrated that the deliberation panel members have had the temerity to take vacations or undertake other legal duties over the last year holding up the process.

Personally I would not be surprised if this is next summer now.

Or today!

The MEN most definitely get some of their stories from on here, I wouldn't put any faith in anything they write.

I’m sure you of all people should know about being incommunicado !

Its probably the first time that i have said to myself "i cant wait the the prem league games to pause to watch england play some minnow in a friendly"
Im starting to think no chance will we find out next international break, i think were the red cartel fans correct in saying this will be swept under the carpet and we never find out. (I doing really think that, just being pessamistic)

It's basically a Newcastle journo from the Ipaper speculating, then the Reach Empire (covers most publications, MUEN,Mirror Star etc etc ) regurgitated it to cover space as supposed new news.
Same old drivel, same old Beano writers !
See you all same time next week.

You can't sweep something under the carpet that has been ongoing for 7(?) years and has had lord knows how many stories published about it.

The process will be followed meticulously. It's gone way beyond any 'behind closed doors' resolutions, no chance, not even on non cooperation. That would still be a sanction hearing, even if it only lasted a couple of days.

The MEN are the same as the BBC.
Their articles are written by giddy or bitter rags, depending how the red mardarses went on.
Some of the headlines and photos they put out for the stories aren't related one bit.

Guardiola already confirmed what he'd do if Man City found guilty of 115 charges

This is their latest fluff story.
Look at the photo with the headline.
Not once have they put a positive story out about the 115.
And this is supposed to be a regional paper. Fuckin red gimps the lot of them.

Just wait until the verdict drops, this thread hasnt really got going compared to whats coming on this thread.
We will probably be put in a queue just to get a ticket with a number on, when that number comes up we will then be able to post on this thread!! The wait to reach your allocated number could be just as long as the wait we are enduring to hear the final verdict. Its going to be total chaos for at least 48hrs I would suggest.

The story is more likely to appear on here first or, as last time, from someone like Ian Cheeseman. The MUEN and its owners are an industry laughing stock. One of their senior staff recently called out his bosses as “charlatans.” It was a rare true statement from the discredited Reach organisation.

PL certainly threw the kitchen sink at City. Looks like emotion was driving them at the time. Certainly an indicative timescale once they'd had the primary deliberations after the hearing. Maybe it's more complex than we realise, but silence is not golden. It's been a PR disaster for all concerned.
Not for you it’s not!

Who's going to be ticket 115?
