Everything he's done have been geared towards engineering himself a Knighthood, which explains why every time he does something even remotely charitable there was a film crew nearby to capture the 'spontaneous' moment.

The reference is to the fact that Bryan Riggs won the bbfuckinc Sports Personality of the Year Award.

Apparently shagging your sister in law for 7 years behind your brothers back makes you a personality

Edit: you probably knew that but I just wanted to remind everyone that he shagged his sister in law behind his brothers back.

I knew the reference, but in order to be SPOTY, you should have a personality, which Bryan Briggs plainly does not.
