Never heard of him but he plays for the same team as Marcus Harris. His stats are decent.

Does this ever happen the other way? I.e English players having a stint in Australia playing long form cricket?

I personally think Key has got more right than wrong and shouldn’t automatically be sacked as soon as Australia retain the Ashes. The same can be said of McCullum.

I think he's done alright but has put all his eggs in one basket with the approach to red Ball cricket and from within he seems to have totally ignored what has been happening on the county circuit. He has defined a way he wants England to play and is sticking to that ethos and only looking at players that fit that bill.

I'd say in the big series he has come short, they have New Zealand and Pakistan over here next summer. They should win both series.

Saqib Mahmood is a crazy decision. He’s never fit and even when he is, he’s bang average at best.

Been on and off the treatment table for as long as I can remember, at least 4/5 seasons

All that time and effort money in central contracts building him up for the ashes 2025 and then doesn't play in any of the meaningful tests, England are going to lose the ashes 3.0 then play him in 2 dead rubbers.

Look, what is the point in moaning and calling for change when somebody has had that chance of 3 years in the england camp being touted as the best spinner in england only to not get the chance.

Yep apparently jacks looked better was better than Bashir! I thought he would have played all games because it seemed Stokes liked him backed him for the last few years! As always when in Australia they don’t think straight and always think shit we need someone who can get runs!

The noises were all good before the 2nd test and they fucked it so I'm not getting carried away with thinking they've finally understood how they need to play.

In any case, they've missed out on the two tests they could and should have won. Now they'll have to deal with Cummins and Lyon and their combined 871 test wickets. They'll have to swing at Starc a few times, historically he's tended to be the one you could attack.

Its pisses me off more that this is probably one of their worst squads I've seen and yet England cannot take advantage.
