They didn’t though,ANOTHER horrifically poor atmosphere along with the swathes of empty seats, can someone please tell me why the absolute fuck are we expanding the stadium to over 62000,oh sorry…it’s for all the tourists with camara phones to get a ticket who basically couldn’t give a fuck whether we win or not.Loud and proud blues, get behind them!

MasochistEnjoyed tonight tbh in spite of the result.
Yep. Rows of empty seats. It’s not all individual fans not attending (in the main). It’s the club giving huge amounts of tickets to third parties, which aren’t selling out. Those areas should be available to all city fans, not just greyed out.View attachment 179620
Can't the club and the nameless execs see what damage is being caused to the club by their ticketing issues? The North Stand is going to look like Club Wembley
It's like most things, so let's be greedy and charge more instead of seeing it the other way, let's sell the ticket cheaper, and more people will attendYep. Rows of empty seats. Obviously the stupid pricing at times and access issues don’t help either. Struggling to see how we are going to fill the north stand regularly
This would have been tweeted if the Etihad tonight was like Galatasaray.
Maybe, but I think I just enjoy the experience of supporting City. Coming on here after a game and it's like people are forced to partake in this thing that they clearly loathe and makes them miserable.Masochist
While I know what you mean, it’s hard to stay positive on nights like tonight. I was looking forward to it on the journey there, but sitting in a stadium that’s only 70% full due to no shows and among ‘supporters’ who can’t be arsed to make a noise and then leave well before the final whistle is enough to suck the life out of a lot of us.Maybe, but I think I just enjoy the experience of supporting City.
