Hi didn't want to wear one of those lovely rainbow armbands so wrote he loved Jesus on it.

Terrible stuff
Far too much made of a persons own opinions/beliefs.

I didn’t think this move was happening. Wanted the player to show more desire to join city and he is doing just that. Brilliant attitude, brilliant to get a proper cb in.

We are building something spectacular again if it clicks with these new lads.

Not really, 16 hours ago he said it wasn’t going to Halle and we’d moved on.

Let's be fair here, he said Viana had told Guehi they were going to look at other targets, and you could easily interpret that as a "shit or get off the pot" move and Guehi made his decision.

I never take an ITK's word particularly seriously but also think people are way too quick to try and claim they said something was defininitively off or on when they haven't.

UEFA rules:
"Article 32: Subsequent registration (A list only - B list can change midnight pre matchday)
32.01
After the completion of the league phase and before the start of the knockout
phase, a club may register a maximum of three new eligible players for the
remaining matches in the current competition. Such registrations must be
completed by 5 February 2026 (24:00 CET) at the latest."

Now we have 4 AT: Stones, Aké, Bettinelli, Semenyo. (We could replace Stones, but we don't really know when he might be back from his bloody injury/problem).

It's more probable we leave out Josko (Kova might be back earlier),
or Ortega leaves this month and Guehi goes to the 17 free spots. Would be my guess.

We defo don't have any problem squad wise.
I was musing if we signed another free list player or maybe even two in this window (for which we currently have two vacancies) whether up to five new players might be added - three replacements and filling two free list vacancies (if Josko is removed)?

If/when he does arrive he could probably do with being eased in a bit.

We're talking a lot about Haaland, Foden, Nico (both) being tired and overplayed, needing a rest etc. and he's played 500 (that's a lot!) more minutes than any of them.

Add that to adapting to a new system, moving and all the other stuff new signings have to work through.

Will pull his hammy during his first training session

Agbonlahor on Talkshite had an absolute meltdown about his.

"It not fair, they've spent over £400M in a year. How can they be allowed to do this when Villa can't afford to buy anyone?"

He quickly piped down when Twatterface informed we've had record revenues in the premier league in the last 4 years and sold over £300M in players over the last couple of years
He's half right tbf. It's shit that Villa are having to sell players when they should be allowed to spend and compete properly

Not as keen on this because of the homophobia. Really hope that was just a stupid misunderstanding of messaging with his LGBTQ armband. . . but that shite has no place at Manchester City in my opinion.
I’m hugely pro LGBTQ but also don’t give a fuck what our players think about the subject.
