But we're talking about the scenario of already having earned £20m and then thinking do I need to earn another £10m or would £5m (or even £50k) be enough if I'm happier with my day to day life.

The argument for having £1m and thinking, do I want to earn £20m more is very, very different.

If you're going to lose your millions then it goes back to something being wrong (usually gambling/addiction) - and having £30m instead of £20m isn't going to solve that issue.

I think you've missed the point. A poster said they would be happy to go and play football if they were already rich, and someone replied that they didn't believe them.

It's not about judging Kalvin - and I was very clear about that. I was arguing that at the stage you don't *need* more money, then it's not unbelievable to think the poster would go and play football for less money if that's what made them happy.

I’ve been inside enough clubs, and other organizations, to know I cast a very jaundiced eye over personal attacks inside a business.

Casemiro has one this year! He has to play all the United games for the rest of the season to get his one year extension. That’s NEVER happening, and United have made sure of it!

Imagine a world where players and their agents would allow a “you cannot turn down a transfer” clause in their contracts!
