PL charge City for alleged breaches of financial rules

Stefan worked as a client of City for years, he’s in the media now, he’ll have contacts there who will give him the heads up when they’ve had it or not had it.

Especially considering he’s one of the few in the media who actually knows what they’re on about and isn’t going to lie about the club.

Yeah I've got that from previous exchanges and comments posted. It was an honest and imo fair question on my part, and I do also believe his response. All good.

And also a not so subtle dig at another poster at the same time…

Know for sure as of earlier this week. It is simply that the decision is not yet out - nothing more.

Might be an unfair question - so feel free to ignore - but if you did hear that City had got the result one day - ahead of a formal announcement a few days later - would you share or would you protect your source. Just asking.

It’d be out very quickly I think, so he wouldn’t need to.

City won’t sit on it.

Well all the legally qualified posters on here anyway - not sure they all have wigs - are without exception highly critical of the excessive length time that has already elapsed between the completion of the hearing and the publication of the panel ruling.
You’ll get change out of £700 if you fancy one.

Bit more if you want a frizz top one.

Am i correct in thinking that no one here knows who the 3 man panel is ? Not even Stefan.

Lord Pannick and those in the 10-12 weeks obviously do, but we don't?
My source sneaked a picture...

Apparently the report is next on the list, following their typing of the complete works of Shakespeare.

do they do 7⅛?

Must be really bad for someone so usually restrained as yourself to resort to that kind of scarifying description...or perhaps?
The cunts charge £300 for a wig tin.

When my mate was made a silk he used to carry his kit in a battered one of those on the London buses to go between courts - usually wearing an army surplus greatcoat - Scottish so that probably accounts for it.

Depends if I was told in confidence or not. As you can see from Pannick’s replies on here, the parties are fairly relaxed about saying when they don’t have a decision.

They refer the club to a disciplinary process for allegedly breaching their rules and then expect the club to agree to amending the rules to suit their crazy allegations. I wouldn't care how long it takes and "how it looks for the game" - they should have thought about that before they made the allegations.

I remember some idiot club CEOs being quoted as saying they were surprised at how aggressively the club was defending itself. I had no idea what that meant at the time.
The club can defend its self as aggressively as its wants and challenge as much as it wants but I am sure if it’s Done nothing wrong it will have wanted it over as quick as possible assuming quick is also fair
