PL charge City for alleged breaches of financial rules

Does anybody actually think that our stellar legal counsel, after spending two and a half months defending us at the panel over a year ago, still don't have a scooby about the result?
They don’t know the result, but they’ll know whether City have or haven’t done it and how they performed getting the case across defending City.

My view is that the club obviously knows they haven’t done it and that Pannick and co. did a very good job in giving evidence to defend the club, that’s why they’re acting confidently and still showing ambition. It’s also why they’re still convincing in demand players to join us.

They know we've won. ;-)

The only thing that is known by the 2 parties is that 1 will be happy and the other won't, once the outcome is known at some point in the future.

Not necessarily.

Neither might be happy. Or one might be and the other mught be relieved. There may be other combinations too.

Truth is the PL will be in the depths of despair when the judgement is published in the not too distant future. They will only survive because we need them.
Yes.

The verdict, at least.
By 'verdict' do you mean the precise wording or which side won?

I don't care what you believe. You have no idea who I speak to but if you really think I would be so firm based on questionable, dubious or third hand information, you are a fool. Nor do I speak to one person. Your constant responses on this stuff are so tiresome. Obviously I am an idiot wasting my time sharing useful information on here when some are desperate to live in wild speculation and conspiracy but I know quite a few people are reading and are grateful.

KNOW is the right word. If it wasn't, I wouldn't use it.

:) If I am a fool, it is, at least, a doubting one; and I envy no-one the certainty of his self-approved wisdom.

No, I mean the full outcome.

Conclusively.

So... a fool, prima facie?

;)

I don't mind seeming foolish, or being called a fool. Why would I? I've heard from multiple sources over the years that I am not a fool so I am led to believe that is a fact. I think :)

But once again, I don't believe in absolute certainty. I don't believe it's absolutely certain that the club didn't do what is alleged on sponsorship funding, but I think it's extremely likely that they didn't; I am not absolutely certain the PL couldn't prove the most serious allegations but I think it's extremely unlikely that they could, nearing the point of impossibility; and I don't believe it's absolutely certain that the club haven't received the judgment just because some bloke on the internet says so, whoever he is. Although, taking everything else into account, I think that is probably right.

More than happy to be wrong. Particularly with then the confidence displayed by the club.
Not just the club though - it's also our existing sponsors and new investors together with Guehi, Semenyo, Donnarumma, Reijnders, Cherki, Ait -Nouri, Trafford, Marmoush, Khusanov et al and Pep plus the players extending their contracts. They have clearly been given assurances of our innocence which they believe.
