You’re overrating coaching. We’re in a transition, and the way to build cohesion is through consistent game time and relationships on the pitch. That applies regardless of how good training is.

What I would say about the coaching tho, is that I doubt the abilities of Toure and Lijnders. Obviously, Pep takes some responsibility too, but are the assistants good enough?

Some teams need to be approached with the slow build-up play, he ones that are organised and skilful

Some teams need a different approach. Spurs, today, were not a good team. In the first half , we played a penetrating game plan and got results. In the 2nd half, our reversion to the slow build up play only helped them regroup and compose themselves.
It was a game that need runners into the box on speedy approach play, and lob as many crosses in there as you can.
A disorganised team doesn't want to be rushed.
We didn't concede two goals today, the tactics handed them to spurs.
