See my earlier post, it’s a fucking head scratcher. On corners why we insist of having Haaland standing near the goalie? Cant the set piece coach think of anything else utterly useless that lot! Have him standing outside the pen area running on to a corner!
No, it’s not. If you check that game back, Doku was begging to be brought off as he was completely done, but Pep made a triple sub yet still left him on. That’s on Pep.I think that's harsh on Pep. Injuries have sadly been a big part of his career for as long as he's been a professional. Probably understandable given his playstyle.
His goal was a complete flukeIn a dominant well functioning team that creates chance after chance he WAS fantastic.
It’s because you are CONSTANTLY negative & sound somewhat immature. Tell me again - do you watch the games on TV or do you actually go to matches? If so, where do you sit? It's my opinion which you and others will not agree with, fine by me. But you pull virtually every post of my mine up, others are equally as critical but you seem to avoid them
Fair point, we are on a bad run at the moment with players injured and others going through a bad patch. It's all about confidence and momentum, if that is low, then conceding a goal early in the second half leads to self doubt and therefore more errors which compounds the problem even more. A couple of good wins with good performances would make a world of difference. Unfortunately I don't know how soon that will happen. At least we didn't lose.Still rather be where we are than the rags..
Still in all 4 competitions isn't really a shit stain of a season..but I agree we aren't playing great.
Hopefully we will win something..or even get an occasional VAR decision in our favour
In a dominant well functioning team that creates chance after chance he WAS fantastic.
I'm saying that there's no correlation between Pep making his speech and that shitshow of a second half.Pep is or was a winner ? you saying it's not Pep
Look, Pep is untouchable, rightly so with his record at City, but winners don't become comfortable at losing or taking 2nd best from their players. We are not talking about 6 to 10 games here, its will be nearly 2 seasons and some very bad performances and not all down to injury crises
The team today was just about the best starting 11 we have had for 2 years, We were 2.0 up to Spurs and their fans were turning on them, and we dont come out ??
Pep should be locking the dressing room door and not letting anybody out until midnight ? even in the post match interview, sorry i would be spitting and screaming ? We are talking about a team 2nd in the title race with a chance to go 4 points behind and you roll over
I’d hardly describe the officials and VAR as football gods.City's fanbase is now really soft and entitled. That's what bothers me more than anything else.
It was very disappointing not to win but 2-2 at Spurs is not a disaster. The game went against us and yes we should have done better but the Football Gods were also loaded against us.
Even an idiot like me can see it.On corners why we insist of having Haaland standing near the goalie? Cant the set piece coach think of anything else utterly useless that lot! Have him standing outside the pen area running on to a corner!
Ah right okWhat a dick you are.
When I saw it in real time I thought offside, when I saw the replay, I thought RAN played him on.they said RAN was playing him on, but it certainly didn't look that way
No he didn’t. Why? Because he’s human and his service is non existent right now.So did you think Haaland played well, he was pathetic again and I am astonished he stayed on, his ball control is tragic!
Absolute rubbish.I think something is happening off the pitch, it's not a happy camp. Body language all round looks poor and something is definitely amiss with these performances at utd, Bodo and now Spurs where we could've lost by a lot more in each game, we deserved to lose today
I'm saying that there's no correlation between Pep making his speech and that shitshow of a second half.
He deserves plenty of criticism for today, not as much as a few players out there but he has to carry the can as the manager.
His speech, just in case I wasn't clear had fuck all to do with it.
Not to mention against Wolves; Chelsea & BrightonWe scored twice today mate.
