The buck stops 100% with Pep. It's all on him.
So, the players deserve zero criticism?

Something is clearly going wrong in the second half of matches. I’m not sure if it’s the team talk or that we don’t react to other teams change of shape, regardless of what it is, it’s not fucking good enough and the buck stops with Pep.
What if he finishes 8th next year as well? Genuine question.Pep could finish 8th this year and I wouldn’t call for his head
He can leave when he wants
All I know is when he leaves we become the next Chelsea. Maresca or someone inferior comes in for a year then we chop and change managers every season and won’t get near winning a title for a while.
Spoilt self entitled fans need to think carefully
Here, Here, We live in hope. Pep looks tired just like Klopp said he was when he packed it in.Football cycles always come to an end none of us imagined for one minute thought Pep would still be here 10 down the line, maybe his time here is coming to an end who knows and who comes in to hopefully take us on another fantastic journey that Pep has taken us all on.
He’s enough credit in the bankWhat if he finishes 8th next year as well? Genuine question.
Again serious question, is there ever a time when you would want him to leave? He’s enough credit in the bank

The coaching thing is stark to me. It's actually unbelievable that a team of his looks so bereft of ideasThe team doesnt look like it's being coached. He doesnt react the changes made by the other team. The football is dogshit and nothing ever seems to change. Second halves have been bad for a long time but today was disgraceful.

And massively unfit compared to our opponentsThey don’t look badly coached. They are badly coached. Anyone who watches - especially the second halves - can see it. They’re uninspired. Boring. Stale. And lack all direction.
Fair enough. At least you're consistent. I don't feel the same way. You can’t feed today’s hunger with yesterday’s bread. No
He's done more for this club than anyone in my lifetime, breaking record after record. As I said, he can stay as long as he wants.
And it’s also up to the manager to instil and breed the winning mentality we’ve had in the past to see out close games and not break under pressure. Most teams reflect the attitude of their coach. Our lads are no different. Pep's gone stale, so have they.
