Page 23 on (I think):-I thought that part about Etisalat was part of City's submission to CAS before the hearing, and therefore before the limitation discussions took place. So City presented evidence but the decision on limitation to only look at transactions that took place from 2013/14 inclusive excluded that.
I didn't think that the CAS panel actually considered that evidence. Happy to be proved wrong though.

I would assume if the Premier League had evidence of criminal wrongdoing it would have a duty to its shareholders to report that to the police when it was discovered?

I do recall the club and Khaldoon saying we will not even take a fine for time-barred this time, We want a full not guilty and cleared of wrongdoings, I think this is what is holding up the verdict, The time-barred rule by UEFA was for non-compliance between City and UEFA in handing over the accounts.

Are people purposely using legal jargon words to prove something. Layman's terms would be so much more useful. Iv never even heard the word justiciable before. I don't know what section w is or revision x. Frustrating. And now someone is going to call me thick or whatever, nonetheless the information pertaining to these extraneous charges is superfluous to what we want to know. Is it good or bad? That would be better. Thanking.

Masters said - specifically - that the aim of the Premier League is to have a different winner every year. He has VAR and Pigmol to do his dirty work - until he gets one of the red shirts to win it regularly, then everything will be just tickety-boo.
Relegating City or fining them billions will fit his agenda just fine - taking us out of the equation - but City were becoming the monolith before all his shenanigans started, and we're even more "massive" now, so, don't Pannick!

If we are guilty, would it change how you feel about your support for City?
Relax. I think people are worrying about peoples perceptions of us. Why? The masses already say we are guilty so even if we are proven innocent this will not change.
We will still love the club, still go to the game and still seat count. What can they do? Relegate us, deduct us points, fine us....
Fucking bring it on. I have total trust in our owners and how we have done business.
We broke the cartel, they have never recovered.
They can never ever ever take my memories. My kids memories. Its all noise now to me. No i dont like our clubs name being dragged through the mud but sticks and fucking stones.
Fuck the media, fuck the red cartel. Fuck the hateful 8....we have been through worse.
This is me speaking as a working class blue. Not rich, not poor. As a man who has literally seen us in the depths to the the pinnacle.
Nothing will change how I feel ever.
