Seat Counters 25/26

Had a couple of Spanish speaking guys behind me tonight, some of the most passionate City supporters I’ve ever heard, gave the Madrid lads hell all game, joined in every City song they could hear & taught my grandson a few swear words :) was a very cosmopolitan crowd tonight, did it affect the atmosphere ? No would be my answer

I was more impressed with last night's effort than most of what we have seen this season. A bit more of that in some of them thrown away drawn games and we would be ahead of Arsenal now!

Going out of the Champs League always hurts me. Winning it in Istanbul showed how much everyone at the club want it. But you're right it was done after the first leg. Some great performances last night and a good backing from the fans.

I would argue yes - but in a positive way .

L1 - 680
L0 - 147 (again some returns from somewhere)

Total - 4,041

Still plenty of time with this one and the chance to reduce the criteria/allow extra sales, it’ll sell out I think. Especially after Sunday as then it’ll be our only chance of a trophy realistically (another hopefully).

Those level 3 returns are all together in big blocks in 328 and 329, so once again the agencies are unable to shift them.

Makes me wonder why we even bother with agencies, since they always end up back on the site

I think the ones at the back of those blocks are initially allocated to coach parties but then maybe not taken up. I’ve got no proof of that but they are the only area in the stadium where you could get 50-60
Seat together, and also they are the ones wheee you see the phone lights. I sit at the front of 328 and there are regularly coach loads of Scottish kids up at the back there.

So my guess is that they go to agencies first. This image is viagogo for the Arsenal game, where blocks 327-329 are being sold.

So my theory is they sell them in this order:
1. Try to sell them through viagogo
2. Try and lump schools/coach parties with them
3. Put them on sale to fans

2 and 3 potentially interchangeable

Viagogo cut the price until they are sold normally so a meal and seat can be cheaper than a seat.

For FA cup games the normal price needs to go into the pot so they can't cut them too much.
