Nothing to fear here after watching last night. Their front 3 I'd likely going to be Gykores Martinelli and Trossard, and throwing on a 16 year old if they need to, that ain't a forward line that will win you the league or a victory at the Etihad. 1 win in 6 for them now and 1 goal in 3.

He'll play the game. They'll get up to time wasting antics to try and put us off. The corner shenanigans will be right out of their playbook as that's one of the reasons they are where they are and if something worked for you previously then you go back to it. Arsenal know a draw will do them and if they win then the league is over.

For me it's about the 1st goal. If they score first then every throw in, every corner and every goal kick will take 2 minutes. Every tackle will be followed by a scream and a fall to the floor and the trainers will be on multiple times. Expect the keeper to have a fall after minimal contact at a corner and stay down.

Might not be pretty to watch but it's got them to top of the league and maybe their first league title in donkey's years. Plus it'll mean back to back titles for the Red tops and the PL will like that.
Your last point is spot on , Richard Masters is desperate to get the red'istree clubs back to the summit , its good for the brand , we have royally pissed on the chips for years , ive stated previously on here , we have had the football establishment and red infested media against us for a long time and have had to work twice as hard for our trophies

There game plan will be set pieces all over the pitch get it in our box hope for a corner! They’ll Hoof it to Gykorrs and he will get breathed on he will go down and Anthony Taylor will oblige! He is the referee who gave a penalty when Ederson jumped to block a ball and the Arsenal player fell into him! He is a referee who will let a lot go then a dive by Arsenal player he will give!

Hopefully like with the 4-1 a couple of years ago, the crowd are in early and right up for it from the start.

Could be a cagey 1st half (like Wembley) and then bang, straight into them after the break. Their legs will be gone late on after playing last night.

Athletico over 2 legs will completely finish them off re: the title itself.

We can do this!!!

Was that the game where he brought someone like Henry or Anelka on late and Blues all started singing 'you don't know what you're doing'?
Not sure , long time ago , i cant remember what i had for my breakfast :) But it does sound like something we would do , one thing we were always capable of was laughing in the face of adversity

Okay folks, which would you rather:

Arsenal compound their failure and misery by being eliminated, psychologically ruining them.

Arsenal get the boost of progressing through, but then having to balance two more vital games in an already vital time?

Tough one but I went them to lose, losing breeds losing
I quite fancy another ex-Spur, Harry Kane scoring the winner, last minute in the final (remember Nayim?).
Or Gnabry - that would be a good consolation.

Why is anyone nervous about Arsenal? We're flying right now and honestly their squad doesn't come close to ours on paper.
Why is anyone nervous about Brighton? We're flying right now and honestly their squad doesn't come close to ours on paper.

Why is anyone nervous about West Ham? We're flying right now and honestly their squad doesn't come close to ours on paper.

Why is anyone nervous about Forest? We're flying right now and honestly their squad doesn't come close to ours on paper.

Why is anyone nervous about Spurs (X2)? We're flying right now and honestly their squad doesn't come close to ours on paper.

Why is anyone nervous about Sunderland? We're flying right now and honestly their squad doesn't come close to ours on paper.

Don't know, let me think what the reason could possibly be...

Arteta and Rice both saying what a fantastic achievement it is getting to back to back champions league SEMI FINALS says all you need to know about arsenal’s weak mentality

Arteta talking like it's an achievement, like the job is done, mental behaviour. We know ourselves semifinals or finals mean nothing if you're not winning it.

On us to send them into this next period with their heads down.

I don’t think a draw changes much personally. Obvs if we lose it’s game over but I still see Arsenal dropping points in between those champions league games.

Thought the same thus morning

Claiming back to back semifinals is a historic landmark in their history

Well let’s hope he achieves the next historic landmark 4 top flight runners up in a row

Arteta isn't stupid and knows perfectly well the job isn't done. He's trying to calm the atmosphere, because the nervousness of the crowd won't help them at all.

They don't play well. That's a problem. And an even bigger problem is that currently City play way better than many expected. That's the real problem for them. We have a good chance to win the title not because Arsenal are bad, but because we are really good.

I think the ground is going to be hostile as fuck on Sunday. Between Arsenal fans being so insufferable and somewhat unexpectedly still being in the race at this point, blues seem to be fired up on an entirely different level this time.
