PL charge City for alleged breaches of financial rules

We all assuming that we're about a month from the announcement? Do you reckon it will be the day after season end? Monday 25th May

If that's the case the clubs/PL will be informed beforehand so it's it likely to leak out within the next 2-3 weeks?

I thought he was okay too. Most people are extremely ignorant of this topic because it's confusing and because the media (outside of a few podcasts and people like @slbsn) have done an awful job explaining what the charges actually are. Nearly everyone is interested in the topic, but very few can actually discuss it with any authority.

I was pretty surprised that a so called sports presenter was so uninformed about the biggest story in football right now.
