Algeria produces some fantastically gifted footballers. If you are young and gifted, and Zidane lives in your niche, you will follow his footsteps. How else do you explain the unique characteristics of players of Algerian descent? It cannot be nurture. Algeria is not genetically isolated.

This guy could be incredible for us and the prem . Maverick , Worthington ,Bowles , Marsh , Best . None of which played in the prem but exactly what’s needed

Abso-bloody-lutely! He's got incredible flair and skill. If he stays grounded like an Aguero, the guy is a guaranteed future Balon D'or winner.

Looks like Ben white got off lightly ....
And hopefully this puts an end to some soft City fans who were worried that our player would be on the end of some rough treatment from defenders for allegedly show boating.....lol
I said at the time,Cherki is a tough lad ,not at all intimidated by the oppenents rough house tactics.
 
We don't play Arsenal or Liverpool every week so he needs a kick up the ass that he needs to deliver the goods regardless of who we're playing.

Annoying to no end how casual he looks against weaker teams.
 
Not his best but still has an assist and his driving run at the end led to Doku's second. Yes he can frustrate but what we lacked tonight was a central midfielder who dominates tackles - Anderson anyone because why we didn't win was because we were too lightweight in the middle once Everton started diving in and dominated.
 
blows hot and cold, was very passive for 80 mins, only started playing in the last 10-12 mins .

He has no competition now; Foden is out of form, and Pep has sidelined Tejani
 
Young so will learn but slowed everything down and just played safe nothing football. He thinks that’s what is needed I expect but it’s not.
His idea of controlling the game is a million miles away from what it should be.
