Yeah, we wanted Foden to take his club football to the 2024 Euros, but if anything it's since been the other way round and this time we can't blame it all on Southgate Kane and Bellingham.
 
Great news. One of our own and dread the thought of him at any other club.
Trust he can come back firing next season. I hope so anyway.

Excellent news, there’s no doubt that Phil will regain his top form. Should really have replaced Cherki earlier last night, he brought some energy and drive going forward that was non existent up to that point in the second half.

Probably the only reason Pep didn’t make that sub is because of how bad Phil has been lately

It's risky by the club. He hasn't earned it. But he is a homegrown talent and local lad, so you can sort of understand why the club are attached to him.

If Foden had played even half as well as he did during the 23/24 season, City would likely have pipped Arsenal.

He owes the club a big season during the 2026/2027 campaign. He'll be 26. He's got to step up and become a senior player. There's no David Silva, Gundo, KDB or Bernardo to lean on. He should be entering his prime years.
 
Great news. Dont want him in any other teams shirt - decent cameo last night I thought and hopefully a sign things will improve again. From Sept to Dec he was excellent this season and we know theres magic in his boots.
