Referees' Performances | 2025/26

Apart from gooner fans, can there be anybody who doesn't see the corruption which has played the major role in putting this disgraceful team where they are in the league.

Week after week we have witnessed their players cheating, fouling, time wasting and getting so much leeway from referees and VAR officials,.whilst other clubs have been denied similar treatment. PGMOL officials are exempt from being questioned or challenged about their decisions, whilst Howard Webb accepts no responsibility for the clear errors from his officials.

Corruption and coercion runs through the performances and actions of their officials and yet they are never held to account. This is cheating on plain site and benefits certain clubs within the PL , the majority being owned by US owners. Coincidence or the explanation.for this corruption ?

So many of them having history.of corruption within their own sports ?

The PL executives including Richard Masters being interviewed and selected by rags and dippers - pure coincidence.

Arsenal being the club.originating the complaint about City ?

All perfectly honest and above board, highly questionable.?

Far too many coincidences to be ignored, and only the excellence of Pep and his teams in winning 4 successive league titles prevented the PL from achieving their objectives of influencing and corrupting the outcomes .

Arsenal are their chosen team to frustrate the honesty and integrity of the league competition for this season.
The whole country hates Spurs & Arsenal

I think we owe west ham an apology. They have been dragged into the battle between us and the PL/PIGMOL.
It's difficult to separate the incompetence from the bent decisions these days.

Nowt against West Ham, but the PL probably wanted spurs to stay up more anyway. 2 birds with 1 stone today for them.

Not only the PGMOL at the behest of the Premier league given the title to the Goons but tragically have relegated West Ham , we will be annoyed but yourself in West Ham's shoes (and we know how much it hurts) absolutely robbed of their Premier league place.
On the incident , there were at least four fouls in th epenalty area ,the three committed by Goons players and all ignored ,but the one they highlighted was incorrect , the Goons player was backing into the West Ham lad who was putting his arm up in the air to keep his balance , Raya was weak and was never getting that cross , not in a million years.
If there is a football god , Burnley stuff the Goons and West Ham win their last two games , North London plastic entitled fans are hated and to see the Goons suffer total humiliation and finish 2nd and Spuds get relegated would a reason for a drink or two.
Neve rhad an issue with the Hammers and i hope they bounce back stronger than ever.
Nailed it.

Well said mate. There are multiple incidents going on including the bear hug by Rice.

Indeed, the very same cheat!

When Given asked him about the fouls being committed by Arsenal players, he said that the foul on Raya took priority because it was more serious.
Surely the first foul takes precedence? He's just making up rules that don't exist to justify PiGMOLs corrupt decisions, no doubt under direct orders from Webb.
Given was fucking livid with that explanation.

I don’t want to go down the rabbit hole of conspiracy theories, but it’s just sad how we’ve allowed our game to get to this point. The long throws, the WWE at corners, the fucking Wimbledon tactics, the shit refereeing, the farce that VAR has become. It’s tragic really.

Can’t wait for the latest set of shit changes to be implemented in the off season that no ref will enforce next season.

I'm fucking livid with it too.

It's like saying "Yes the forward player was offside but the subsequent foul in the penalty area by the defender takes priority because it's the more serious offence". It's absolute fucking horse shit, and if they can sit there with a straight face and give us that clearly bullshit excuse then it tells you everything you need to know about the organisations lack of honesty and integrity.

BENT AS FUCK!

You can guarantee any changes to the guidelines/rules will be implemented against at least one team, just like the 5cm tolerance rule was this season.

Having calmed down and had the benefit of watching the incident over several times it is clear VAR and the referee have fucked up the decision.
Whilst there is no doubt Pablo’s arm is across Raya the only reason it is there is because Trossard has shoved him into the keeper. Pablo’s arm is outstretched to counterbalance the shove prom Trossard in the first instance and clatters into Raya.
Decision should have been penalty to West Ham as the foul by Trossard initiated the coming together with Raya.
Nailed it.

All this bullshit at corners will be sorted out next season.

Watch interpretations change in the summer: if the referee sees a defender holding an attacker he will give a penalty; if he sees an attacker deliberately impeding a goalkeeper, he will give obstruction. He isn't all-seeing, he can only see so much, but it will stop all the nonsense within a few weeks.

Some decisions will seem unfair, we will have to live with it until it's sorted. But it will have served its purpose this season. Arsenal win the league or, if by some fluke we manage to pip them, then it's their fault.

If this was applied last night - penalty to West Ham. It should have been sorted last summer, but we all know why it wasn't.

Once the referee has been sent to review the monitor and subsequently spend ages analysing it,you can pretty much guarantee he'll flip.

Var is and always will be an utter clusterfuck the way it is being applicated.
The real issue is the consistency of the decisions,or lack of.

Except when we had a potential penalty for a blatant hand ball over ruled by another “brave ref”….

Prem league, pgmol & the media are a well oiled machine of corruption, creating narratives, using subjective & blatant gaslighting.

It fucking stinks! You look through this season we should have had this title wrapped up weeks ago if officiated fairly.

Just like government. ooops!

Wanted to hold off before ranting about the West ham goal being chalked off.
Firstly. It is clearly a foul. Of that there is no doubt however there are 3 other potential fouls all by arsenal players.
Foul 1 - Trossard not facing the corner and holding onto Pablo, the player who eventually gave the foul which led to the goal being dissallowed.
Foul 2 - Declan Rice with both his arms around Mavripanos - A clear foul, not even a debate
Foul 3 - Gabriel shirt pull on Pablo. You have to look carefully.
Foul 4 - Pablo on Raya - Goal dissallowed.

So all of the above were in the same phase of the corner so to isolate the goalkeeping one is for me incorrect. It would have been correct had it been the only foul when the corner was coming over but it clearly wasn't.

Not 1 person can deny it was a foul on Raya, whoever you support. If that was Gigi I would say it is a foul but the simple fact is of the 4 fouls that occured,3 being Arsenal offences it leaves a bitter taste that the Raya one was deemed an offence worthy of changing the potential destination of the title and relegate West ham.

No - we haven't lost the league as a result of yesterdays result at West Ham. The points dropped at home to Chelsea, Brighton, Forest and away to Spurs and West Ham would probably have seen us home.
I am confident we will win it next year but fuck me the whole VAR,Refereeing debate in this country is turning a lot of people off the game

Look at how we have been refereed this season and some of the horrendous decisions that have gone against us and I am still adament that VAR is a tool being used to manipulate football results in this country. Nothing will change my opinion on this

joke of a decision as its supposed to be a clear and obvious mistake to change it and it wasn't.
lets be honest we all know its down to the fact that the decision on our case will come straight after the end of the season during the world cup to take limelight off it, we will get a point deduction and a big fine thats keeps us still in the champions league and they wont have to take the title off us. i do think its been planned all along. maybe and i am wearing a tin hat lol
It's all planned.i agree.
