Pep to leave at the end of the season

Hes sublimely stated that he will honour his remaining contract out with us, although if we win the league this season I think he will leave. So currently he is staying onto next season in my opinion.

He's not dogmatic; having followed him a bit at Leverkusen and Real Madrid, he's a rather tactically flexible coach who doesn't hesitate to use several tactical formations to adapt to his squad and his opponent; he's very pragmatic.

But if Chelsea doesn't give him full power, he risks failing.

Yeah, because if he announces he's leaving, the biggest issue will be him looking silly

Most ? Think most trust the club to put a lot of thought and consideration and due dilligence into the next appointment whenever it comes. Just because he isn’t the big name people on the internet don’t fancy doesn’t mean much.Bet there were Bayern fans didn’t want relegated Burnleys manager.

The issue is I think the talent pool for managers is really thin right now, so it is possible the club would hire Marseca with the view he is the best choice out of a very poor pool. In essence one can do their homework including carefully due-diligence and still be stuck pulling from a thin pool.

Club have never made mistakes with appointments have they?

I dont care about names , I dont think Maresca is good enough for City, its an opinion get over it.

I heard last week and his demeanour to me since has appeared to be very upbeat and playful.
