I mean, he was assistant coach when we won the treble so we seem to be going down the succession route rather than overhaul, also can't see how he can be thrown under the bus given the position he is going to be put in squad wise. It is not like when Moyes took over them and was given the ruins.I did wonder whether the club knows whoever follows is just going to be compared to Pep, and Marseca is destined for failure - then whoever comes in after him can pick up the pieces.
