It was a bank holiday this Monday . Next Monday it isn’t .
So next week is w/c 8th June?It was a bank holiday last Monday. This Monday will be the 1st June and next Monday will be the 8th June.
Just to make this clear, it's not a debate it's a fact.
Charges will be brought against offenders.
Indeed. "This Monday" = Monday of this week, the 25th.So next week is w/c 8th June?
“Next” means the day in the next week to me unless people clarify what they mean. People often say something happened “this Monday” meaning the one just gone.
i'm with you - this Monday is the 1st, however, I would say this Monday just gone for the bank holiday.,,,It was a bank holiday last Monday. This Monday will be the 1st June and next Monday will be the 8th June.

So what your saying is it'll be...Indeed. "This Monday" = Monday of this week, the 25th.
Last Monday = Monday of the last week, the 18th.
Next Monday, self explanatory really. The next Monday we're going to get to, so June 1st.
I believe the process is that both parties receive the Commission’s Written Reasons at the same time, after which there’s a short period for any redaction requests before a coordinated public release is agreed.Rumours are Maresca announced on the 1st.
Thought we had to be informed 48 hours in advance of any official announcement, so we can prepare a official response.
Can I take it enjoyment will be at a premium after then?We will all be notified the next Monday. Thats Monday 1st June at 9.00am. Until then enjoy your weekend.
Ya but is it a Monday?I believe the process is that both parties receive the Commission’s Written Reasons at the same time, after which there’s a short period for any redaction requests before a coordinated public release is agreed.
I avoid this terminology to avoid confusion. I always think of this Monday being the next Monday, and the next Monday is the Monday after this Monday. Haha! So I say “this Monday coming” or “Monday next week”.You're talking about last Monday not this Monday. This Monday is 1st June. Next Monday is 8th June. Last Monday was yesterday but two.
So next week is w/c 8th June?

Are these posters on the wind up or are they ITK?

2 Mondays ahead is a week on Monday. If someone said to me next Monday, I would automatic think the next Monday after today but my wife who's brain is wired completely different would think that next Monday is 2 Monday's ahead, so its just easier while losing my patience to ask her the date
F&ck me only we could argue about which Monday is next :-)
I don’t like Mondays.
