PL charge City for alleged breaches of financial rules

Miguel Delaney has abandoned the City Broke the Rules spiel and ploughed the Sportswashing furrow. That tells us where we are. He knows.

Good Lord.

The cheques must have stopped coming through ......

Edit: In case you missed it, the end to MacKenna's comment was

"shiny new Israel sponsor.

I think we inadvertently fall into western exceptionalism."

All this coming from a wanker who's wages are financed by a Russian billionaire and a Saudi Arabian.
Massive hypocrisy from a dipper who is always the victim never to blame.
TOTAL FUCKWIT.

Miguel Delaney is a racist, the fact that his racism is thinly disguised with a pathetic veil of intellectualism with a nod towards supposedly helping the greater good doesnt detract from it any way shape or form, he is no better than Tommy Robinson and his continued attacks on arab nations under the guise of sports reporting while conveniently ignoring multiple atrocities carried out by the nations that other owners hail from is a disgrace.

It is conspicuously noticeable by his absence that he has failed to castigate multiple American billionaire owners for not doing anything against their countries leader for starting an illegal war against iran which has thrown the world into turmoil or is that okay miguel because thats white people invading a brown country?

yeah, you might be good at adding up but there's no excuse for forgetting our history :)

it takes its name from the river tib that flows beneath it,
which has been underground for about 250 years.

it is said that the romans gave it the name tib because it reminded them of the river tiber.
Yes, I can see the similarities.

Sadly he's going to get very little challenge regarding these views, because as a western society and media, many of our countrymen and countrywomen share the same sanctimonious/hypocritical views.

It's easy/convenient to forget what bad things Britain and the USA in particular have done (and continue to do) across the world (there's simply too many things to even mention).

This certainly doesn't excuse or nullify some of the things other countries have done or are doing, but (as with city and our infamous charges), it is very much a case of, one rule for one, one rule for another. It's also a case of, everything is generalised, so anything bad that happens in the middle east must mean Sheikh Mansour and Manchester City are at the centre of it.

Sadly, because as a nation we hold these sanctimonious views, people like this prick have a carte blanche to write whatever they choose. That's also why you'll see similar unchallenged views on pages like the BBC's HYS

Don't be pathetic. This is a LFC sponsor, not LFC.
Dont be pathetic. Delaney is a sports journalist not a political commentator so if he chooses to blur the lines between the two then he should at least do his job and report on every shady sponsorship or ownership there is, not just cherry pick the points he decides are relevant to clubs that prevent his beloved dippers achieving silverware.
He's no more than a fanzine contributer to LFC.

I have said many times on this forum and others that he believes Arabs cannot accumulate personal wealth. He is a modern day Western racist and colonialist who cannot accept other nations have a different customs and cultures that have existed for 2 millenia. As for Mackenna he is even worse!

Flicked sky sports news on Sunday Monday and he was being interviewed with some other clueless journalist outside the puskas arena and he mentioned psg were a Qatari state sportswashing project 2/3 times, wasn’t even relevant to the conversation/ questioning. They’re obsessed.

Enjoy their obsession and desperate ramblings, it’s eating away at them from the inside . It’s driving them insane. Soon they will be hollow shells and will crumble into dust .

Even if that were the case what the fuck does the term sportswashing even mean, if its supposed to show the Arab nations in a good light its failing due to the repeated pathetic attacks by the likes of him and others. its a stupid term which doesnt actually mean anything, how in the actual fuck is the sheikh plowing 100s of millions of his personal wealth into city winning and the surrounding community benefiting abu dhabi in any way?

The arrogance of these idiots to think that these multi billionaires crave western acceptance is mindblowing.
