Language such as unfathomable is unhelpful here though. It's a perfectly rational opinion even with the footage that the incident wasn't necessarily about race or conducted with racial prejudice. The only prejudice, in my opinion, was being totally misled by the initial reporters and making an assumption that Nowak was the perpetrator.
I don’t believe they go into that scenario if both men were white or even if both men were Sikh. What is a fact is they took the accusation of racism as the most important claim of both parties and totally dismissed Henry’s claim he was seriously injured. It’s more than just believing the first phone call to lead them to that point.
