Quite funny that, he told Brendan to his face that he doesn't want to play under him. I bet his beak was shaking with rage.

Indeed, and I think we need to up our bid and not take the piss. But his position there is totally and utterly untenable beyond any doubt and everyone knows it so I'd be disappointed if we go anywhere near their 50 million pounds. As you say, Liverpool have behaved in a very odd way in terms of trying to negotiate a better price. They're fucking idiots.
I'm not counting EDS signings.Unal signed.
Vast majority of the squad not back yet for various reasons.
Transfer window open until the end of August having OFFICIALLY opened just 7 days ago.
Sterling has asked to be left out of the tour and asked for a move. he has not broken any contractual obligations and he certainly hasn't refused to go on tour.

Yes, Yaya stayed and didn't look like he wanted to be here for large parts of the season. I do think this has become a fair bit more toxic than the Yaya situation last summer anyway tbh.To be honest, it's no more untenable than Yaya's position last summer and look what happened there. FWIW I think he will leave Liverpool and probably will join us, but if he ended up staying I would not be gobsmacked.

The Premier League starting earlier this year, August 8th. 1 month today!!!
Forget when it officially opened, clubs traditionally view the end of the season as the start of the transfer period, and we are much nearer the start of the new season than the end of last season.
I think we are only 1 of 3 clubs in the league not to do business. This despite our pressing need to significantly rejuvenate the squad. Those last 6 games seem to have fooled some into thinking our need isn't as great as it is..?
Remember when we got battered at Old Trafford, lost to Burnley, lost to Palace... don't tell me you don't have some degree of concern about our lack of business so far?
Spot on mate. The poor kid must be totally stressed out with all the shit flying left, right and centre at him.Blimey, come on City, he's doing his part. Pay the fee and end this circus. To be fair he's probably stressed out if he's had scouse twats ringing and abusing him all night.
Fair enough mate, I didn't either until this week tbh, after being promised an action packed week by our resident ITK, and instead hearing we are pulling out of Pogba deal (which I don't believe). Things are just moving even slower than I had already anticipated.I have zero concerns about our so called lack of business so far, in fact i'm certain we have been rather busy which will become evident soon enough.
