Very true, although it's a murky area to say the least (although we'd never be flaunting it without permission, that's for sure. Who knows if Liverpool have allowed us to talk with him whilst negotiating club to club for the 50m. I wouldn't imagine they'd want us to until a fee was agreed, but it does happen sometimes (to save time?)

Maybe a 20 year old who has received numerous death threats, people showing up at his house wanting to hurt him, and has been publicly dragged through the wringer might be suffering from anxiety or stress and thus have a bit of a diarrhoea?

I'm sure the British press will deal with this with their usual tact - pretty much willing him on to commit suicide
 
You know, what no one has considered here for a second is that if he can show a ton of racially charged tweets and texts AND prove the phone number was leaked by an employee of Liverpool, he'd have grounds to cancel his contract and sue the scumbags. Could you imagine...
 
Staggeringly, we all know players HAVE taken their own life.
We simply don't know the mental state of any player and whilst it's easy to mock Sterling, people should be careful. It sounds a bit far fetched, but it's not.
The media ran countless epitaphs to Gary Speed, but a few years later, they're more than happy to see a young man trashed, threatened and abused.

He may even be able to cancel his contract without showing Liverpool as complicit in the leak. The fact that those racially abusing him would identify themselves as Liverpool supporters would make Anfield/Melwood unsafe work environments so he could cancel his contract on those grounds alone.

PS Yes, if you are an amazingly talented footballer, I will represent you as I can be as big a c**t as any agent :-)

I have been thinking exactly the same thing. Maybe he should call in the police to investigate.

At the very least it might shake a few people.

LFC are effectively making the lad's life impossible - sort of like a constructive dismissal.

Only they know. If it turns out Brenda is bullying we should expose it after his move should it occur. If it's Sterling taking the piss then we leave well alone.
 
I hope the young lad is strong enough mentally to take this shit being thrown at him from Klanfield because if he isn't his career will be affected and obviously it's not great for the lads health and well being.From what it sounds like he will probably need an armed guard when we play the dippers at their toilet next season, and that can't be right can it?
