I can't wait for the interview when we sign him. There's no way he's going to keep his mouth shut about the way Liverpool have treated him. The club will try and gag him but he will get his digs in subtly. Things like "It's great to work under a coach who is so calm and professional" or "I've only been here a couple of weeks and I've learned so much" or even "Pellers is such a great manager, he really knows how to talk to you and I know exactly what is expected of me"
Just little things and no direct digs at Brendan or Liverpool, but enough to get the scouse mouth breathers raging. I'm almost looking forward to their reaction as much as I'm looking forward to seeing him play.

"I've come here to win things."

Game over.

They're behaving like a bimbo that can't accept that she's being dumped. Much the same as when the rumours about shrek joining us surfaced. Death threats and turning up at houses with black trackie bottoms tucked in white socks is the equivalent of getting your clothes cut up and sewing a prawn into your curtains.

Haha, I missed the most simple one. They'll be expecting that, though it will still sting.

Honestly the media's reductive witch hunt at Rodgers' behest is a disgrace. It's gone beyond being about a bias towards Liverpool or against City. This is like the Hughes sacking where one man is getting the media to do his bidding. It's a disgrace and I want Sterling now more than Pogba and De Bruyne. Can't wait until it's done.

I am guessing we have offered the top amount we are willing to pay. If Liverpool do not accept it we are correct to walk away. I would add, before walking, that he is worth X amount to us now, but for every week of pre-season that he misses, his value to us decreases by 500k.
I do not want to see Liverpool gain any sort of moral victory from this saga. We should put our position out there in the press and not budge a single inch.
If there were more capable home-grown players , I'm sure we'd of walked much sooner.

agree 100%, Liverpool cant afford to carry an un happy player for the whole season knowing he can buy his contract out this time next year, the pressure is on them now and they have to sell be it at our last offer, hope we don't increase the bid we don't need to they will sell at our last offer eventually

Just popped over the cafe to see their take on sterling,
You have a city fan debating with a Liverpool fan on a utd forum .
How the fuck does that work ?
