Well as a City supporter of over fifty years, I am not qualified to comment, but if Aguero, Silva, Hart and Kompany are in the side, I can only expect the number of fans to exceed those present in the days of Richard Edgehill, Andy Morrison and Gary Mason.
 
The hate and vitriol directed at our club over the sterling signing is proof of the vendetta against our club , the jealousy and envy of ex dipper footballer pundits is becoming farcical , Carragher , Barnes , Thompson , Beglin , Murphy , Lawrenson ,Hansen , Collymore all having their say , the only city pundit remotely related to city has been Stuart Pearce who stated Sterling has never been a problem when he played for the England u-21's . Not forgetting Rodney Marsh , who will say anything talksport want , as long as the cheque is in the post., anyone think if Mourinho had signed Sterling , it would have been seen as a masterstroke by our media friends ?
 
Liverpool were awesome thirty years ago, let their diehard fans and players have their last few dying breaths of fun, before they go the way of Leeds United and Blackpool

Good job Grexit didn't happen, they might have posted the fee in Drachma - Obscene Sterling costs ₯100,000,000,000 Vote now if you think it's obscene etc....
 
wonder why Schweinsteigers wages and fees have barely been mentioned ? £275k a week + 15 mill + 4 mill signing on fee for a 30 year old = 61 million

So, I get home from work tonight and I'm excitedly talking to my 7yr old daughter about the transfer. She, unfortunately and despite my best efforts has no interest in football and as we live in the south, just about everyone in the school follows either Chelsea or Arsenal, so I was surprised when she told me she knew about at as they had seen it on 'Newsround' at school, then I was gobsmacked when she told me 'he's very greedy'. How the hell were they reporting it on a kids news show ffs?
 
Just seen an article for the Mail which uses Hargreaves, Wright and Taylor as proof City is a graveyard for English players!

It's getting silly now.
