De Bruyne?

I heard a quite disturbing rumour today... Robben

From a belting source, fucking hope not!!!

Really doesn't bother me if they do sign Robben.

They will be challenging for the title either way but I think they will still be Arsenals level rather than us or Chelsea. Then they will have Robben, Schweinsteiger and Rooney all the wrong side of 30.

We're paying a premium to get younger talent in. They will have exactly the same problem next season.

Didn't Bayern's president say Schwein would be the only transfer from Bayern to United? It's obvious that Van Gaal wants to steal their entire squad, but I doubt he'll be able to get anymore from them, they only got Schwein because Bayern let him choose what to do after so many years of service, the same can't be said about Robben and Müller.

I think it will be straight fight between us, chavs and the rags.... A fit robben would elevate there chances, regardless of age, the plus would be they lack strength in depth, robben, swashtika and shrek all suffer from niggly little injuries....

Still have us as favourites though, especially when pog rocks up...

Not sure if already posted...... seems the press in Belgium are going along the lines that KDB will be a City player:

The Belgian media seem to be convincing themselves that Kevin De Bruyne to Manchester City is just a matter of time. Earlier we covered reports from Belgian newspaper Het Belang van Limburg that Manchester City were going to finalise the Raheem Sterling transfer and then turn their attention to a €70m move for the Wolfsburg player.

Another Belgian newspaper, Het Nieuwsblad, think similar. In their Tuesday edition they say that Manchester City is turning increasingly Belgian after Jason Denayer's renewal and what they think is the likely arrival of De Bruyne. They say that Txiki Begiristain sees his next priority as the arrival of De Bruyne and has been in touch with the player's agent Patrick De Koster.

The newspaper's cartoonist has been inspired by the claims to mock up Manchester City captain Vincent Kompany welcoming his compatriots Denayer and De Bruyne to the club, and the last time they did similar was with Toby Alderweireld and Tottenham Hotspur last week - and we all know how that one ended. De Bruyne to Manchester City is the biggest football story they have today and the newspaper have gone rather big on the situation. This isn't being treated as a passing rumour or speculation built upon speculation.

Raheem Sterling AND Kevin Bruyne? It's a prospect which seems to be moving from 'possible' to 'expected', at least for an excited Belgian media.

Rummenigge categorically ruled out selling another player to United, so he'd get a lot of grief from the Bayern fans if he reneged on that.

Bayern record of honesty & truth is questionable to say the least, mask Uli Hoeness. Rummenigge is a complete slime ball, wouldn't trust him as far as I could throw him, mould fit in well at the Swamp, ideal bedfellows
