Specific to Le Tour - Richie Porte says he got punched in the face the other day because he was team Sky and now Froome reports today that some low life chuck a cup of piss in his face calling him " Dopie" when doing so.

Wankers like that really spoil it for the rest of us ( was going to say leaves a bitter taste in the mouth then thought better of it Lol ) - no need but I think the irresponsible reporting in the press with sly innuendo and "nudge wink" style comments just encourage wankers to do things like this.

European press, media and teams seem to be building up a massive anti team sky agenda which is filtering into the roadside fans, only takes 1 of these wankers to take Froome off his bike to spoil the race. Referee's need to be on high alert and if it does happen the race needs to be stopped.

Tell you what, I'll be fascinated to see if Lance Armstrong gets any cups of urine thrown over him whilst he is in France riding these 2 stages for charity
 
Don't know if anybody saw on ITV 4 highlights that former rider Laurent Jalabert was tackled over the side comments he has been making about Froome. Firstly he denied saying them ( they played a recording of the **** saying them word for word straight after ) then he was invited to set the record straight over the questions over his own alleged doping offences ( he has said in previous interviews that he can't say for sure he didn't use banned substances when riding at ONCE and in retrospective tests on his blood after retirement it was found to contain elements that show EPO abuse - fact ) and funnily enough he declined to comment on that too saying he was only there " as a spectator"

Doesn't stop the twat sniping at Froome and Team Sky though the two faced fucker - hope there's a bucket of piss with his name on it somewhere

Glad itv did that hope they do the same with Michael Rasmussen yet another doper having a go. Think the french media in general hate sky because they haven't had a winner since 1985 and they laughed at Brailsford when he said he would have any English winner within 10 years and we've had 2. On a side note is it me or do the cameras stay on a foreign rider for ages when he's trying to use the cars to coast back to the main group but whenever it's a french rider they cut to another camera. Probably spent to much time reading media against city thread.
 
No French winner again and so they go after Froome.

Spirit, fight and determination are key attributes to winning Le Tour. They are also three things lacking from anyone truly French. Baguettes, onion and garlic on the other hand.
