Whoever "MDM" I didn't see him get any minutes.

I'd rather get our senior players, who will be the main contributors to our season, match fit and up to speed especially if they missed pre-season.

So true, must be embarrassing now for these so called pundits although they helped by firing up everyone involved with the club including the fans.

No one can slag Demichellis. He was cool as fuck in possession, looked twice the midfielder Fernando does.

Just wish he'd kept his majestic ponytail...

The kids will get their minutes but against a Tony Pulis side, away wasn't the time to blood them.

An interesting and impressive stat on the BBC website...

City completed 692 passes... 211 more than any other side on the opening weekend of the Premier League season. We weren't playing the worst side and daftest manager in the Prem either... were we?

Do I have to put a link up now?
 
Good performance tonight and a great 3 points , for me Silva just gets better with age truly a majestic player and the heir apparent to Colin Bell as our greatest ever player. For me though against Chelsea I'd bring in Fernando to sit alongside Fernandinho and move Toure further forward with Navas making way
 
When Silva takes the no 8 shirt I will call him the king, untill then ;-) Tonight he was class,nearly as good as his game at Hull when we were down to 10 men, so glad he plays for us. To the fans who went, you came across loud and proud on the telly well done. Bring on Chelsea and lets crank up the volume.
Just think we will get better.

Great display from the boys. Can't ask for more than that. Need to keep up the momentum and put in a huge performance against Chelsea.
