I really thought Kolarov, Sagna and Navas did well tonight. Vastly improved on their displays from last season. Bony also impressive in that regard.
Hopefully Sterling will settle in quickly. a couple of good touches, a couple of bad ones which are clearly left over from semi professional football at Liverpool.
I was very excited about the youth players on the bench, but even more disappointed not to see any on the pitch when three nil up. If not then, when will they be given a 5 or 10 minute introduction? It's the only element missing from really loving City again.
Only got to watch the first half and listen to the second but Silva bossed it. Sounded like Sterling was trying maybe a bit too hard but other than that positives all around.

692 - @MCFC completed 692 passes in this game; 211 more than any other team on MD1 of the 2015-16 Premier League season. Impressive

Silva especially and Managa were amazing today. Thought Kolorov, sagna and Bony all had really good games today. All Looked on it today, and its our first game.
Sterling had a bit of a frustrating day for me, maybe trying a little too hard on his debut maybe as someone mentioned in the match thread.
3 points, 3 goals, clean sheet dominated all game pretty much. Bring on Maureens morons next!
