Im no twatter expert so need someone else to explain to me, if you go on twatter to that account (which is deemed official by the way), why can I see a time stamp on the tweet of around 1:23am 12 Aug 2015 ? For that to be there surely there is no way the pic can be from today ?

I very much doubt he'd be signed before that deadline, and even if he was I suspect he'd have no involvement in the game anyway, he's had no training at all with City.

Those behind the transfer negotiations will have zero interest in getting him in before the Chelsea game, rumours are it'll be a 5 or 6 year contract, 1 game this season, in the grand scheme of things, is less important than getting the deal right.
