....everywhere you look. I can't stand them;
37000 glory hunters on Sunday then ;)Twenty eight thousand at Maine road,
In division three,
We were here when we were shit,
Cos we are Man City.
Would be a good comeback to the usual 'where were you when you were shit' bollocks.

Yes; that's all very well. But he's missed out on the perverse "pleasure" of wondering just how shite we were going to be the next weekend.Glory hunters? Misery hunters more like, that is until 2011 ( unless you go way,way back to the 70's!) I envy my son, he's had FA Cup,two Prem titles a Charity Shield and a Carling Cup to carry him through the lean years ( he's 6)

Thats the kind of start I had born in 63, didn't know what was to come for the 40 years after I was seven. My boy is 14 but I do make sure he knows what we have been through and understands what 'York away' actually means, so hopefully he won't grow up with any feelings of entitlement. I think he gets where the dark humour comes from.Yes; that's all very well. But he's missed out on the perverse "pleasure" of wondering just how shite we were going to be the next weekend.
Those were the days we celebrated a united defeat like a city victory !Yes; that's all very well. But he's missed out on the perverse "pleasure" of wondering just how shite we were going to be the next weekend.
... but have you ever seen us score from one?I remember when getting a corner was considered "glory".
