They have a very easy start, the thing is they still look as bad as they did last season, so as soon as they play a team with a modicum of quality or fight they will get beat

They play Swansea away in a couple of weeks, I'd say Swansea are favourites
 
We seen the league champions last night boys and girls.
They spent nearly quarter of a billion pounds to get to that world class level we witnessed last night.
It was swash buckling attacking football to make any neutral fan go weak at the knees. Wave after wave after wave of attack poor villa had to cope with.

Absolutely. An own goal late on and a deflection against a Villa team who will be fighting relegation. Sterner tests will come and not just from the bigger teams, there are plenty of mid table teams who if they start with belief, will take points off the Rags
 
The only titles this lot will be in contention for are "Lowest number of goals ever scored" "Least entertaining football" and "Most money spent on fucking garbage"... In fact they're not just in contention they'll have them wrapped up before Xmas.

Looks like a clean sweep for them mate. They've done exceptionally well to wrestle the 'deluded fans' title from the scousers. Credit where credits due.
 
Sky bigging them up this morning saying their top for the first time since August 2013. Could of sworn they were top last week albeit for a couple of hours.
Only thing they top for me is the we play shite football league.
Wonder how many neutrals turned that shite off last night it really was painful to watch at times.
3 shots on target in 2 games is woeful by any standards and if we played that way after the money they spent this summer sky would be slamming us for wasting money yet it seemingly gets overlooked with them

Could do with them getting a totally undeserved win or draw against Newcastle. Once the window shuts, that's it. Although his transfer dealings aren't that good so it might not even make a difference really.
Players talk, agents talk. I don't think his reputation is very favourable in the football world. As much as the Govan piss pot was arrogant, at least he deflected criticism of his players and got mediocre ones to perform.
The turtle is doing the exact opposite.
Players may be seeing a move to the sty as damaging and they could get publicly humiliated for the loss of form.
I'm sure it's more than just Stoichkov that had his feathers ruffled.
