They have to qualify for last year's yet..Even if they do ''get mullered by the top sides'' (which they will) they should still finish comfortably in a CL place as long as they keep on scraping narrow, undeserved, 'contentious' wins against the lesser sides.

However,we were aware of our flaws and had the character to either with the punches or protest against what was going on - that lot on the other hand, fall for every word. And even if they didn't believe it, they don't that the character or self belief to question the received wisdom as to question will invite ridicule and the reason they support that club is to follow the masses and not to act individually

What you must remember is they HAVE to believe - I think we are more realistic because of our history. We have struggled we were poor in the past - in our recent past - so we kinda know that the last few years are likely to be transient - we will see good and bad and we can roll with the punches. Just about all of rag caff come from their dominant years and cannot perceive a time in the doldrums has arrived for them - in fact they fear that prospect that they won't be able to clean up in the transfer market - bully other clubs out of the way and most of all be able to Lord it up in the workplace as supporters of the greatest club in the universe.....
