Would we agree to let him play this last game, after having bid accepted?
We'd have no choice unless he had been signed over to us.
There is a hint of malice in the way this whole thing is being done imo.

I think the Times are hedging their bets and covering their arses in one move. If a deal is close but not yet agreed and he plays but goes on to sign they're right, if he plays and doesn't go on to sign, it was because of last minute complications. Either way they've gained a few clicks and covered themselves for any eventuality.Would we agree to let him play this last game, after having bid accepted?
Hungarian Blue has a point though. I expect De Bryune to be average this season and better in the 2nd. He has to get used to the possession based squad. Sterling is having to go thru that a bit too. But DeBryune is a talent though and should eventually make a top talent. He is much better than Navas. Navas never scores a goal, need better than that at the highest level.
He's just tweeted "matchday"
whoa people here are suggesting that we should brief the press that we have cooled interest in KDB because bayern are sniffing around FFS. thankfully i hope our directors dont think the same. as long as KDB is open to a move to us i suggest we go to any lengths necessary to bring him here. we should never miss the opportunity to get one over Karl-Heinz Rummenigge and put him in place for deriding us at every given opportunity.
I said if city know the deal is going tits up ie he's not coming city would then brief the press not because they're interested.
Fee can't be accepted yet then if he is playing
yea man not necessarily you. the general consensus here seems to be flapping at the first instance of negative news. as long as KDB is open to moving to us i fancy our chances of getting him.
Bizarre isn't it Matty.
Even more bizarre when you consider that Bayern's top 10 highest transfer fees are as follows:
Martinez £28m
Vidal £26m
Gotze £26m
Gomez £21m
Nueur £21m
Costa £21m
Benatia £20m
Ribery £18m
Thiago £18m
Robben £19m
Makaay £14m
Yet we are led to believe City are prepared to pay £50m or perhaps even a little more, and at the same time Wolfsburg are talking to Bayern about possibilities? It's just staggering. I cannot for 1 nanosecond imagine that Bayern would offer Wolfsburg anything like what we are offering.
Nor will they offer the package to de Bruyne that we are offering.I cannot for 1 nanosecond imagine that Bayern would offer Wolfsburg anything like what we are offering.
They also cant offer 2000+ pages of KDB talk :PNor will they offer the package to de Bruyne that we are offering.
This is the same as when we were trying to sign Nasri from Arsenal. He ended up playing a Saturday dinner time game after it looking almost certain bed sign for us and then he did sign for us the week after.Would we agree to let him play this last game, after having bid accepted?
