Everton vs City - Post Match Thread

Glad Goodison is out the way, all the better for three points. Everton look decent as well, if they get the three signing martinez wants they could be in Europe Contention. Wouldn't fancy being Manuel and making the decision on otamendi next weekend.....

Interesting stat though, our 8 goals so far this season have come from 7 different players, Silva, Yaya, Kompany, Aguero, Kompany (again), Fernandinho, Kolarov and Nasri. Bodes well for the rest of the season imo if we can take the burden off the single striker and continue to spread the goals out.

Brilliant performance. Kolorov was fantastic both in attack and defence. David was as good as always. Vinnie and Manga very agressive but solid. Whole team played very well against an excellent Everton team. Loved it. Cant wait til next Saturday.
 
Ok, ive been working all day and only just found out we won 2 nil. Good that we kept yet another clean sheet in a win away from home at a bogey ground but how does this 1 compare performance wise to the other 2? Cheers
 
Theirs was a much better showing than the Chavs last week but still soundly beaten by us.
 
Just got back from the game! Sat in the Arkles with a few Everton fans after the game who thought they deserved a point??

Very much business as usual from City. Consistently awesome so far.
 
The only downside today is that my stake for my Kolarov first to score and City to win 2-0 bet was only £1.

Top performance would love to know the thoughts of the Watford Manager on how he s going to try and contain us next week

We were lucky
Everton had a perfectly good goal ruled out for offside, they hit the bar and Kompany cleared off the line
We scored with a miss hit cross and a blatant offside goal from Nasri and didn't create anything else
It was a ragesq victory
