I've just been told that City now have a skeleton AV staff on this now, and people have been put on another job, editing web content for tomorrow's match and associated preparation.

This doesn't mean that it won't happen today, but it means that any AV work will be done in the morning. If it happens today, it will be later on this evening.

So does it mean that if he arrives today, then he might be announced tomorrow just like Otamendi?
