Think they were more annoyed with the assistant refereejust as they were probably a bit annoyed when kev teed up eric dier the other day
Lol,i know you are on a wind up nowyeah, was dead cowardly when he scored the winner in the league cup final. and the goal that won us the league. and the fa cup semi final. roma away. chelsea in 11/12. calling nasri a coward is just baffling to me, after all the times he actually stood up in big games (unlike, say, silva)
also the very next game kevin tried to twat one in from 20 yards on the volley, rather than controlling and retaining possession. lead to a two on one break. would say that classes as putting the individual over the collectiveExcept one was blatant shithousery and the other wasn't.
not saying silva isn't a great player, i'm highlighting that even the best players can struggle to influence big games, yet nasri has done it repeatedlyLol,i know you are on a wind up now
You were making valid points until the brackets at the end.yeah, was dead cowardly when he scored the winner in the league cup final. and the goal that won us the league. and the fa cup semi final. roma away. chelsea in 11/12. calling nasri a coward is just baffling to me, after all the times he actually stood up in big games (unlike, say, silva)
i don't seriously think that nasri is better or more important than sergio or silva. but its about balance. you have to wade through tons of bile on here to find a single bit of praise for nasri, despite all he's done for the club. and even when players like aguero are playing as bad as he is now, he mostly gets support, not criticism. You were making valid points until the brackets at the end.
In half a dozen posts you've managed to take digs at Silva, Aguero and KDB whilst at the same time bigging up Nasri.
Are you related? You can tell us.
I'd say that's classed as a player having confidence in his own ability to try and hit one from 20 yards on the volley. Sometimes they come off, sometimes they fly high and wide and on the very rare occasion it leads to a break like we saw that game.also the very next game kevin tried to twat one in from 20 yards on the volley, rather than controlling and retaining possession. lead to a two on one break. would say that classes as putting the individual over the collective
I'll let the football do the talking on this. We can readdress it in a couple of months.nasri is quite clearly capable of moments of magic. he is also capable of passing to a teammate. his decision making is far superior to that of de bruyne's.
fair enoughI'll let the football do the talking on this. We can readdress it in a couple of months.
not a coincidence that, as you say, when nasri is playing well, we play well. de bruyne is an individualist. most people have been praising his performances since he's joined the club, but team performances and results have taken a nosedive. coincidence? i think notNasri is nothing compared to KDB. If ever I've seen a player that typifies everything I don't want in a City player, it's Nasri. Not a fighter, no spirit, good when we're good but when the going gets tough, he off. I can't recall a game that he has ever ran for us compared to the likes of Silva, Yaya or Kun. He's a luxury player and I don't see how anybody can begin to imply that he isn't after his cowards move in the derby. In any other game, it's possibly acceptable but in the derby, in the 90th minute, to hide behind a player is a cowards move and showed his true colours.
Agree with the first two statements.nasri is quite clearly capable of moments of magic. he is also capable of passing to a teammate. his decision making is far superior to that of de bruyne's.
always tries to be the hero, which worked when he was playing in a poor league and was by far the best player in the team. now, against tougher opposition and playing in a side that dominates most games, and has several match winners, he needs to be smarter.Agree with the first two statements.
I think you are on treacherous grounds with the third.
From what we have seen of KDB in his very short time at City I see very little wrong with his contribution to the team. The best player in the Bundesliga is unlikely to be poor at decisions...,
